EVEN COOKING AND EASY CLEANING: Our 5 ply fully clad construction includes three layers of aluminum that are sandwiched between protective layers of stainless steel, resulting in cookware that combines even heating with incredible durability. Use it on any stovetop (including induction), in the oven up to 800 degrees and it’s broiler safe. The handles are built to stay cool on the stovetop and rounded pan lips enable drip-free pouring.
NON-TOXIC WITH NO CHEMICAL COATINGS: We don’t use any type of chemical coatings on our cookware. Pantastic
After being real adults who cook almost every night for 20 years, we finally decided to upgrade our cookware from the college collection. We’re proficient cooks; my wife was a professional baker in a previous era of life.We wanted to invest into cookware that our kids will cherish when we die. Rather than buying a ‘set’ with a bunch of pieces we won’t use, we are buying individual pieces that we know we will use often.This 4qt saute is exactly what we wanted. The heat distribution is great, cleanup is easy as long as you are cooking correctly. It looks and feels fantastic. No doubt, the kids will want this one.

Wish I Had Found This Earlier
After doing some research on the company that makes these, I was impressed that they are made right here in the good old USA and not China. I wanted to support companies who employ our own people and don’t mind spending a bit more in order to do that. The pan does a great job for us on one particular dish that we make often. It appears to heat evenly at medium heat and cleanup after that recipe is a breeze. We used it for another meal and things stuck to it a bit more. I got online to see how the manufacturer recommends cleaning it and followed their directions. It came out beautifully. I am glad to have invested in this and look forward to a long “relationship” with a quality piece of cooking equipment.

I love my All Clad that I have used for the last 20 years, the D3 original series is a great pan and will last the rest of my lifetime. I have needed a few more pans to round my collection off and decided to try the Eater series because every bit of the pan is Made in the USA unlike All clad that sources handles, lids, accessories, etc. to China. This pan is every bit as good as All clad and a bit more since it is a lot cheaper than the comparable D5 series. I got a Made In saucepan as well and like that too but they are made in Italy. I like supporting family businesses here in the USA and will definitely purchase from Heritage again.Oh and it cooks wonderfully! If you have used nonstick all your life there is a learning curve and I suggest YouTubing for tips.

Very nice, heavy duty pans. I will be buying more to match. Very happy with the quality. Stainless steel in general is a learning curve to cook on, so user error aside, well worth the investment. Love they are USA made!

Amazing quality of the pan
I like how it evenly distributes the heat and retains the heat better than cast iron. It is good for a variety of dishes. Makes amazing pasta and bacon.

Top quality pan
This pan is top quality. I use it several times a week and It does everything youâd expect from a stainless steel pan.Some here complain about issues that would be resolved by learning how to cook with stainless steel. If this is your first stainless I suggest simply looking at some videos on YouTube on how to cook with one. Itâs quite easy once you get the hang of it.5 out of 5, would definitely buy again.

Disappointed
The pan was advertised as non-stick and easy to clean. I did not have that experience. I Fried Chicken in a little bit of oil and it’s stuck like crazy. The pan itself is high quality and well-made. But food does stick. Today I ordered another pan that has a non-stick surface.
