This set is amazing. Great heat distribution and retention. If used properly food doesn’t stick. The Handles feel great in your hand. These will last a life time if taken care of

Well worth the price.
Love this set. Was using the black coated pans but didn’t like the scraps it was started to get on the inside and was concerned about it coming off. Switched to to set totally different experience. I like that there easier to clean and if you use a cleaner like Bar Keeper’s Helper they stay looking great. FYI pic shows large pan just made scramble eggs and almost no sticking. Highly recommend.

Quality of product
Pots/pans were well packed. Love the weight and has even distribution of heat. You pay for what you get. A very well made high end product. I was looking for a stainless steel set so this is exactly what I wanted. If you are looking for a non stick set this is not for you. May require a little extra cleaning time and maybe a little heavy for some individuals but I love the set.

Love this set
I spent a lot of time researching cookware for our new induction range. I was trying to find a balance between quality and appearance. Iâve had this set for a few weeks and absolutely love it. So much so that Iâve purchased the roasting pan as well. Heat distribution is excellent. Easy to clean. Not to mention beautiful. Our old pots and pans were a mismatch of various brands from the time we were married. This is the first time Iâve made an investment like this. Well worth it.

I love watching America’s Test Kitchen and they recommend All-Clad. I found Hestan from a YouTuber not pitching this brand. I love these more! Balance is fantastic! Clean very easily. The lid really locks in moisture and water boils faster! I am going to continue to stock my kitchen with this brand! I’ll probably be handing them down to my children, and they will hand them down, and so on! Love these! Oh and the titanium are fantastic!

Beautiful Set of Pots & Pans
I recently purchased the GE CafÃ© induction cooktop and needed compatible pots/pans, and GE was offering a free Hestan Cue Smart Pan with the cooktop purchase. I wasn’t familiar with the Hestan brand, nor have I ever owned/used stainless steel cookware, but after doing some research, I decided to purchase the ProBond series for our daily cooking.The set is *beautiful*! And HEAVY! I’m not a great cook, but I need to tell youâthe past week of using these pots/pans, and I feel like cooking has been fun! Everything has cooked evenly and cleanup is quick (the pots/pans are dishwasher safe, but I like to handwash them using a nylon sponge and Dawn) No water spots after hand drying. I cook Weight Watcher meals, so not much oil and butter is usedâagain, everything has cooked up perfectly.The only thing that does NOT cook nicely in stainless steel (and this is true for any stainless steel cookware, not just Hesan) are eggs, and that’s because it’s high-liquid meat, which is prone to sticking on the metal, so you do want to get a non-stick pan for eggs. (Hestan does offer non-stick versions.)My only concern is how heavy the pots/pans areâthe weight has made it difficult to balance and pour contents out using just one hand (while the other hand is using a spoon/spatula to help guide the food onto the plate). That’s probably a *me* thing, as I’ve only ever used inexpensive cookware, which tends to be lightweight.Overall, I would recommend the ProBond series!

Unbelievable quality!
These come at a really steep price BUT they are seriously well-made and not cheap Chinese steel pans. They are made in Italy by artisans and it shows. Thick bottoms and really nice details.Stainless steel takes some getting used to, but once you learn to cook with it (let the pan heat up slowly, keep it on medium heat, etc. etc. etc.) you will love the peace of mind that comes with not utilizing horrid non-stick surfaces that are leaching who knows what into your food. I will never cook with non-stick again.We have a very nice set of Viking stainless we’ve used for years. These really look much nicer with the beautiful details and the finish.These are not going to seem like low-maintenance pans if you are one of those “put everything in the dishwasher” kinda people. You clean them with either Barkeeper’s Friend or baking soda each time to keep them clean and glowing.I do wish they were not so expensive.
