Beautiful, but a pain to put togetherâ¦
I was super excited for this item to come in and it didnât disappoint. It fit great in my space, it has plenty of hooks and the trunk space for storage, and it looks really pretty. The assembly was the worst part for me. (1) This is definitely a TWO person job. Do not be stubborn and try to do the whole thing by yourself like I did, or youâll be sitting there struggling for three hours. (2) I had no issues with any missing pieces or hardware for assembly, but one thing the package didnât include was a kind of tool to assemble everything. All youâll need is a screw driver, but mine happened to be misplaced at the time, so an allen wrench was used and I struggled majorly. (3) Be mindful of what youâre paying for. It looks sleek and nice overall in the finished product, but the pieces are not the best quality and can be damaged easily, so no drills or over tightening the screws! Overall Iâm very happy and I look forward to seeing how long this lasts.

Sturdy, with a few minor issues
The holes are in the wrong place for the bottom part of the hinge. I need to make new holes (or I can leave the hinges off). Board must have moved or machine got out of alignment during the process.The instructions are real precise and easy to follow. I was impressed with that. The locking screw over the screw/bolt was an interesting engineering development and easy to use however it does come loose if there is not enough space to tighten it inside the hole.There was one long piece that came slightly warped and I had to fight it into place but it complied to my demands.All in all, I think it will work for what it was built for. It seems sturdy but I am still anchoring it to the wall. You have to be careful of it around water though. It is made of particle board.

Put this together by myself in about an hour. Directions were easy. Fits in my entryway well, nice to have it for extra storage and a place to put on your boots.

Organizational, Compact and Cute
The white is more of a cream off white color. The 28″ is good enough for a small space and can fit one average sized adult. It seems sturdy and functional to keep an organized foyer mud room area. The instructions could have better pictures to determine which side you are working on, one person can build but its easier to have two people when joining the top piece to the bench piece. Overall I am pleased with this purchase.

Decent kit for the money.
This seems like a solid piece for lower priced self assembled kit furniture (time will tell). It looks nice when completed. While it cannot ever compare to solid wood craftsmanship it will serve its purpose just fine. The hooks seem frail so I don’t know how much abuse they will take like really heavy coats getting yanked off of them. They are also held on by tiny short screws. Assembly was pretty straightforward. The directions are in diagram form with no printed text except part letters. If you take your time, and study them it is pretty easy to assemble. Time to assemble depends on the person. Overall I’m satisfied with my purchase. I have no complaints about this, and it is what I expected it to be.

Very difficult to assemble
I knew when I saw how small the box was that there was going to be a million pieces. The directions started out good then became impossible. There were several moments I was going to throw the whole thing out but was able to rig it to look like the picture. It looks cheap (and it was). I will throw it out at some point when I see something else that I like. I would not buy it again.
