I took a chance on this coffee table with really no reviews, but I am glad I did it is exactly what I was looking for. It’s very nice and sturdy and gives me great storage for extra blankets and whatever else. It was pretty easy to put together it took my son about an hour and a half. Shipping was on time. Parts came damaged, trying to get replaced or refund if even partial. Jumping through hoops even after sending photos. The damaged parts btw, are patched from the factory. So they packaged it damaged, knowingly, trying to cover it up with some strange wood filler and stain. Utter disappointment after taking hours to put this crap together. Sharp corner too. Not eased edges like the photo shows. They are nearly razor sharp corners so if you have littles, avoid this for sure or plan on buying a lot of corner guard pad.

My package arrived this way, as if it was dammaged during production and then painted over. Theres no way I’m hauling this item back to the post office to return it. Its really sad 🙁

This coffee table is exactly what I was hoping for, minus the mark on top. It’s huge inside and can store all our extra blankets. I’d prefer a lighter top, but it’s still an attractive piece of furniture. The installation was pretty straightforward, but the inside hinges, that allow the top to open up, were a bit tricky. It’s very sturdy and not too heavy when empty. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
