Love this chair! Not hard to assemble and feels wonderful! Whether relaxing will reading or sipping coffee, this massage chair is worth every dime. Granted there is no kneading or thumping but it’s still a great looking comfy chair for the money. Love it!!!

beautiful, comfy chair and great price! The only problem we had was lining up the holes to but bolts in. Took two of us to push and pull to get in! Also, wish the chair height was taller, little hard to stand up out of it! Other than that really nice chair!

Great chair for less money. It took a little while to put together because the directions were nor very accurate. The 6 inch screws should be used where the chair back and seat come together. This small size is perfect for shorter people. The quality and comfort are equal to the much more expensive brands! Great price, Great chair!

Bought this chair for my RV. Looked similar to the one I was replacing. I am surprised that it is so comfy. The “massage function” is ok. Imagine a “magic fingers” bed from an old motel! More vibration than massage. But for the price? I’ll take it.1. Do not bother plugging in the foot stool power. Massage will work without it. And you won’t be tripping over the cord. The other end of the red plug is on the foot stool, and I didn’t see it right away.2. Tried to show in the second pic how the metal barrel goes. Instructions are a joke. The big flange is on the outside. The clip on the inside. You will need a small hammer or a big pair of pliers to knock it into place.Except for those 2 items, assembly was quick and easy. Recommend you retighten all Allen bolts after a week or so.I am 6 foot tall and can lean back with my head on the back rest. Have already had a nap or two in it 🙂

Having a bad back I was very concerned about difficulty in putting the chair together. It was an absolutesnap to accomplish. It took about 45 minutes to remove all the wrapping AND put the chair together.The comfort is amazing. Very full cushioning and construction, sewing is beyond expectation. Very well done. The massage unit for the chair AND integrated to the footstool are outstanding. I could not be morepleased with this purchase. Price was unbelievable for a product of this quality. Thank you so much.

-The chair is amazing. It looks great, is very comfortable, the heat function is warm, love the vibrating massage! It is a great value.-My chair came with two left arms and no instructions.-However: the customer service is responsive and really helpful. Not right away, it did take a few days, but the first chair came with two left arms – the company actually sent me an entire second chair, instead of the replacement arms, which I thought was great customer service and it really exceeded my expectations.-The second chair also did not have instructions, and the arms were labeled incorrectly (Left was right, right was left) and the little pocket for the remote, was on the wrong side.-But if you keep your expectations low and just enjoy the chair – this is a great chair. I love it.

Takes a little time to put together, so some folks wont like that but they provide you with all the tools u need. Chair has a lot of cushion which is good and the massage feature put me right out… zzz zzz… Would definitely buy again.

Needed a second chair in the office for occasional use. Price was right and liked that it sit’s upright, reclines and meets my weight. In short, it’s comfy, and took me about 15-20 minutes to completely assemble including foot rest. The head position in back may cause issues for those over 6 foot, but I slouch so didn’t have an issue (I’m right at 6ft). As other’s have stated, it’s lower to the ground so this is NOT a desk chair. Seat Height is stated in the MFG specs and that’s my fault for not catching that as I’d like it to be another 6-8 inches up. Not a dealbreaker.Locks (turn screws) for the recline function are a little wonky, but again. it’s an inexpensive chair. They work and hold it firmly in position. Massage function works. I have nothing to compare it to but you can feel the difference between settings and while at first I though the buzzing would get annoying but sit in it for a bit, stare at the ceiling and it becomes white noise. It’s not a $5k massage chair so…… Works for what it is.Wasn’t missing any parts, assembled quickly, all electrical works and I fit. In closing:*good price*quick delivery*no missing parts*comfy*for those that are assembly challenged, may take an extra 15-20 to figure a couple things out
