I love this Matt. It’s it is a superior product. The suction cups do not come off. They stick really well. You’re not going to fall with this mat. It’s not going to produce mold. It’s excellent. I don’t know what goes on with the packaging. The second time I ordered it, it arrived with no hooks or instructions and the third time I ordered it, the hooks were included but instructions were not. Since I was buying it for someone else, I had to give them my instructions that came with my original order, which I really wanted to keep because they specifically tell you how to take care of it.
