Customers say
Customers appreciate the bed frame’s appearance, sturdiness, and value for money. They find it looks nice, has good material, and should last a couple years. Decent bed, instructions not good
We really like the bed, but the instructions were quite bad. Flat pack furniture often has bad instructions, but these were particularly bad. The entire bed assembly process was contained in a few pages. The instruction packet showed multiple steps at once without indicating order. That would be okay if the order of the steps doesn’t matter, but in a number of cases it really does matter, and sometimes the order doesn’t really make sense until the next page. Once I realized this, I could sit with the instructions and sort it out, but I still made mistakes. Sometimes I fixed them, sometimes I couldn’t without disassembling what I had just built to some extent. As a result, building the bed was a lengthy, frustrating process. In addition, there a many, many hex bolts, and the Allen wrench that was supplied rounded off early in the process. Fortunately, I have a collection of Allen wrenches, but it was still annoying. The bed itself is nice, seems to be sturdy, and the extra shelving and integrated outlet are hits with my daughter. I recommend buying the bed, but be warned that it will take some mental expenditure and mechanical know-how to assembly it correctly.

Cute
I like the look of the completed bed, but oh my the number of pieces to put it together! A lot of the pieces werenât marked so we had to look at the pictures in the instructions (which are terrible), to determine what letter they were. In addition, different size hardware was placed in the same bags, and then different letters were put on the bags. Again you had to try and decipher what screw matched what picture. Believe me it took several hours to put this thing together, and three of us trying to decipher what went were, but it really does look nice. So far it appears to be sturdy, and the price was reasonable. Several other companies were selling the exact bed for way more money.

Looks nice not super sturdy
Itâs ok for the price. Not the sturdiest bed but weâve had it for almost 2 years and so far weâve lost a few screws and the trundle fell apart but the bed frame is holding together. Itâll do for now

Nice sturdy bed.

beautiful
It is a beautiful bed, and really sturdy. It took 2 persons and a whole day to put it together. There were some pieces that were missing “name” on the piece and on the instructions, so it takes time to figure out what’s the piece on the diagram.

We love this bed!!!
It was a lengthy process of putting it together but it was so worth it! We love the simplicity of the bed and design. For it to come with the storage it was a win win for us! Also the fact that you can move the storage around and it doesnât have to be under the bed is wonderful because it is not attached to the bed nor is the side table. No box springs required and the slats stay in place!

It works, and does the job, but it could be better
Okay, so overall, we got this for our 6 yo son who LOVEs it. It does a great job of being a corner bed and holding a mattress for him to sleep on. However, after putting it together, I have some thoughts.1. The measurements posted didn’t seem to be quite accurate after we got it together. It was slightly wider than expected and a touch longer. Nothing particularly enough that it didn’t fit, I just had to re-think the layout a tad, b/c my plan was TIGHT on space. I would say that if you have one layout without any room for error, double/triple/quadruple measure EVERYTHING and maybe look for a different bed you can measure yourself (don’t for get to incorporate quarter round you have on the floor)2. These instructions we ABISMAL. Like, I have seen 2nd graders write better directions. We had screws and equipment mixed in a bag. Then after lini g it all up, still found we were short bits and bobbles throughout the process and had to re-examine the directions. Ultimately, we had all the parts we needed (even some extra – truly) but we kind of paved our own way.3. The directions aren’t exactly in the right order. My advice is to read/examine through everything in the booklet FIRST, then put together your own plan. We went through step by step, and found that we ended up having to take apart bits to make the next step work. For example, it has you put the end caps on the back shelf first, then put the shelf in place between the boards using dowels. Well, needless to say, physics and geometry won’t allow for that nonsense. So, we had to disassemble one end, attach the inner shelf, then re-attach the end cap.4. Also, some of the step directions call for the wrong screws. So be careful of that. You can put it together with another set provided, but I did find myself looking through to see if I had enough of the #5 to sub for the called for #4. It was a bit tedious. Also, a few times you had to screw bits in where there was not piolet hole, to later discover it needed to be properly alright with a different piece you hadn’t put together. If I wrote there instructions, I would have tried to follow my own steps… Just to find out that I must have been drunk when I wrote them.5. The overall look is good, but there are a few spots that make my OCD brain cringe a tad when I look at them – as there venere isn’t quite right or smooth enough and I can’t flip it around to the other side, b/c then the holes don’t line up right. Luckily, it will be in my son’s room, and probably covered with books and toys and such.6. The bolts are visible, like everywhere there is a bolt. If this is something that will annoy you and make it not look like a completely finished product, then I would suggest to spring for the more expensive bedroom furniture that doesn’t have this.7. Once we put the mattress on, the shelves are RIGHT at the top of the mattress, meaning if you put a pillow on the bed, it will cover up or nock of any of the nick backs you place on it. Which for some, isn’t a big deal, but I find it a bit annoying. So I really feel like the shelves are only good for books and things that won’t easily break or get lost in bedding.8. We haven’t finished the trundle assembly yet, which we don’t specifically need, so it might be about before that gets completed. But I will try to remember to update this when that part is completed. We are happy with the bed overall. We feel like it was a good value for the money, but assembly did require brain work and had me putting my project management skills to the test (along with during my documentation specialist side absolutely bonkers). Overall finish is good for a little kid, but I might envest is something more “fancy” when he is older.Hope this helps, or at least gives you a chuckle!
