Where do I start?!? Received this enormous box on my doorstep, makes sense it’s a sofa, it weighs a ton, which is a good thing for stability. Opened the box, it’s absolutely beautiful, very happy with the esthetics. After a week of trying to put it together, first attempting on my own, I’m pretty handy, I had no luck with attaching the right arm. My husband came home from a business trip and he attempted to put the arm on as well, after an additional two days, we decided to remove the brackets and buy new ones so off we went to Lowe’s. Didn’t find any replacement bracelets so went back to the drawing board. Then we thought, let’s remove these and see if they are damaged or defective and see if we can fix them to work properly. After removing the bracket turns out the bracket was installed, from the factory, upside down and after 10 days of frustration trying to put the right arm on, together, we figured out what was wrong and successfully completed putting it together. Also, the screws to attach the front panel of the sofa are too short. We had to buy longer screws to attach the bottom base because the screws are too short. Very frustrating assembly but once it was completed, we are very pleased with it. It’s not a sofa one would like to cuddle up on and watch a movie but it’s fine, we put it in our living room where it will be used less frequently and no TV.

Looks good, but not comfy
Nice looking but not comfortable. Especially leaving a gap in the lumbar part of the back. The sides were difficult to put on, but then the rest was easy.
