It is a really good buy all in all
It is a very nice couch. It looks really good. It was not very difficult to build. Just do follow the instructions step-by-step, because the last part of hooking them up to each other, is a little bit difficult if you already put the back part on each seat. It is soft, but it is not the most comfortable sofa. Don’t get me wrong, I still nap on it and it’s good, but don’t expect to completely sink into it like a cloud sofa would.The customer service of this company was a plus I had to talk to them about some things and they resolved the issue immediately.I got it on sale for about $500 so for that price it’s completely worth it. It is not my main living room. I have this sofa on a TV/video game room. It does not come with throwaway pillows though. The back pillows are a little bit flat, but they all have zippers, so that can be fixed very easily when you need to.I would recommend it for an apartment or a secondary living room like I’m using it, but not for your main living room in a home

Decent value for the money
Couch arrived in 2 boxes. Easy to assemble and perfect for the space I have it in. I allowed the cushions to expand for 24 hrs. Although I do wish the back cushions were thicker, it is a nice comfortable couch.

Good strong sofa
The sofa is sturdy and comfortable. Very easy to assemble. The color is lighter than the photo. I ordered dark gray and the color that was sent is a light gray with a tint of blue- almost like a slate blue
