Replaced my old three piece set. I really this one it was a little tricky to put together. I have had a for a week now and it is shedding lint balls. I will need to invest in a cover so it doesn’t get worse. Other than that I like not too soft but comfy firm.

First of all this is a beautiful couch. The shipping was very fast got it quicker than expected. I assembled this by myself, did take about 2+ hours but i did it. However one of the seat cushions were missing from the packaging. I emailed the seller and they responded very promptly. They resolved the issue quickly and sent out an entire extra box that included the seat and even extras that i can keep for spare parts. The extra seat came in about 2 from emailing the seller. The customer service is definitely top notch and i would highly recommend. Not to mention the couch is beautiful

This modular comes in several boxes and has to be put together one part at a time, but the result is great! It all arrived ahead of schedule and was packaged well. Once together, the look was exactly was I was hoping for. The fabric seems soft and durable and the cushions are firm but springy. It’s so comfy and the storage and pull out bed surface are a huge plus!

I like the sectional but it was very difficult to lock in place even with my oldest son helping me … That’s the only major issue outside of it picking up lint … I’ll just have to purchase a lint roller but overall it’s nice …

Easy assembly, comfortable, versatile, not too soft, not too firm. Customer service is very responsive. Price point was so great I bought 2 of them. Bonus storage, and makes out into a bed with plenty of room for and a 6ft person to lay comfortably. Highly recommend this one.
