Super Soft and Affordable
Overall, super nice and affordable sofa. If your looking for something cheap or a living on your own for the first time, this sofa really does the job. Its super soft and easy to put together once you figure out how its set up. Pretty big sofa with storage under. I loved the rolling ottoman saved a bunch of space when i needed it. Some corners are a little hard after awhile but its still super soft. Water resistant. Liquids will sit on top for about 45 seconds before absorbing.

Beautiful, but very VERY firm!
Overview: Beautiful couch, fabric is very soft. Came in 5 boxes. We got everything the same day and no missing pieces or anything. The company did send all tracking numbers since Amazon only lists the one.Installation: Didn’t come with instructions but it’s very easy to put together. 3 of us got it together in about 30 min. I would suggest at least having one person to help line up the brackets.Comfort and Storage: The cushions are extremely firm. The packaging stated it takes 48 hours for them to fluff up but most weren’t vacuum sealed or anything. The storage aspect is very nice. Can keep blankets and snack trays and all sorts in there.Notes:* The only drawback is the pull out part is tricky to get out. Goes back in smooth but getting it out is hard.* Also the only part you can rearrange is the pull out. The chaise will be on the left if you are sitting on the couch and you can’t change that. Something to keep in mind.Overall this couch is beautiful and a great value and size for the price, we got in on sale and we couldn’t be happier. Very few cons. I just wish the cushions were less firm. But I think with time and wear they will get more soft I’m hoping. Would buy again.

I’m impressed
I’m pleasantly surprised by this couch. It’s comfortable and was easy to put together. It is solid and functional. I have 5 kids (4 are boys) and it’s holding up nicely! I have two dogs too so I was concerned about the couch attracting their hair, but it’s not as bad as I expected and it’s easy to clean. I absolutely love and appreciate the storage, it holds more than I thought, and the roll away part is very nice for a big family who enjoys watching movies together! I recommend this couch! I purchased the black (it has a green/blue tint).

Great couch, great price
This couch is perfect. It is large, but doesn’t dominate a room. The fabric is nice and feels good on skin. It is a bit thin, so durability MAY be an issue down the line.There is a hard part between the couch and the pull out that hits my tailbone and the cusions are STIFF. But, that’s good anesthetics and the firm seats have grown on us.Bottom line, a great couch for the money.

Comfortable and easy to clean
comfortable and firm but perfect! a little hard on my back to put together for the bracket line up, but overall very easy! i usually have trouble understanding instructions but this was good. couch is comfortable and easy to sleep on. the sofa pull out is amazing and very easy to use the color is great and fit well in my small living room! you will get 5 big boxes delivered all at different times, i got mine within a few days.

Very firm – not so great connector brackets
I like the couch. It’s nice a firm and I love that in a couch. It fits perfectly in our small space.The brackets that connect the chaise portion of the recliner and also the arm rest didn’t last a week.While seated on the couch, we leaned against the arm rest to retrieve something on the floor next to the couch and the brackets immediately pulled away and ripped the screws out of that part of the couch. It seems permanently damaged. The couch seemed sturdy and we were quite shocked with it happened. We could probably use some wood filler and re-drill the holes if we were diligent about it. But for sure it’s “broken”.If you put any type of awkward pressure on the arm rest, this is likely to happen. Use caution. Otherwise it’s a really nice couch for the money.

Not a reliable couch
First off this product shipped fast however they shipped it with five different boxes two different tracking numbers to which whole section was missing. Contacted Amazon along with the seller to get the mistake rectify. The seller did respond claiming that all the boxes was delivered and that I should check Properly, then they proceeded to tell me I should report the box stolen… Which I could not because I have a doorbell camera and it only showed three boxes delivered on the first tracking number and then One box on the second tracking Upon checking with Amazon customer service they also was able to pull up a picture with the FedEx delivery showing three boxes on the first delivery one box on the second one So I could not lie and report the box missing when it wasn’t missing in the first place I don’t know why they would come up with that. about two weeks going back-and-forth with Amazon Amazon customer service and I finally got a refund because the piece that was missing they figured out that they didn’t have it in the warehouse and was not sure when they will have available to ship it out then proceed to apologize and offer a partial refund to which I declined because I don’t know when I was gonna get the other piece and the sofa has a lot of stains on it even though it shows new on the box and upon sitting on it as it was very Flimsy Also, the hinges keeps coming off from the connecting sofa it was not comfortable and the pull section was uncomfortable as well in appearance it looked very cheap and nothing like the picture in person my advice do not buy and if you can go to an actual furniture store or try a different Amazon store front seller
