Nice Bench
I am pleased with this purchase overall. The bench seems sturdy and the cushion firm so I think it will last a long time. All the parts were there and even included a couple of spare washers which often drop and could get lost. The instruction parts list and assembly instructions were incomplete. There are two sets of bolts and washers for the bench and the shoe rack. The parts list and assembly instructions left out the washers for the shoe rack. I caught this while preparing for assembly. I will recommend with the note to pay attention before assembling to use the other set of washers to keep the wood from being damaged.
