Comfy, firm, soft, and awesome!
I am in love with this couch! Not only am I happy to have found something that fit our space perfectly, but it’s great quality for the price! It’s firm AND soft to the touch, and so comfortable. I’m happy it came with so many cushions, and the arms are functional but thin enough they’re not taking up extra space. I can easily fit my family on the couch! It was also fun that it came vacuum sealed and I didn’t have to do any assembly. It was heavy, which I see as a good thing with a cloud couch but it inflated quickly and was usable soon after opening. I was concerned that the two sections would separate if you sit on the divide, but they stay in place rather well. I am actually excited to be able to configure it how I want to for game/movie nights! The color was as expected as well. I couldn’t be any happier with my new couch!! 12/10 would recommend!

Considering the price and ease of set up – its a pretty great couch.
Really great couch… for the price.The good:- Set up is a breeze, literally just open the box and bag.- Each individual seat is surprisingly comfortable.- Back/arm rests actually provide enough support to lean against when sitting on it.- You can play around with the configuration of each section of the couch.- The material is very soft and feels luxuriousThe bad:- There is nothing to hold the cushions together, so you will fall through the gaps between each seat, or slowly sink into them. I am thinking about sewing in some Velcro strips between the seats to deal with this.- When you get up to get off the couch, the arm rests do not support you. They will be fine to lean against when actually sitting, but do not count on them to support you when you stand up. This couch wouldn’t work well for someone who has a hard time getting up normally.I got this couch because i am not sure how long i am going to be in my current apt so i didn’t want to spend a lot of money, and i live on the second floor of a building with a tiny stair case so moving a regular couch in would have been incredibly difficult. It has met or exceeded all my expectations of a couch… for this price and that is boneless.

The Perfect Sectional..
Omg forget what everyone talking about must have for small places get bigger if bigger space …in love kid,friendly,dog,cat,jumping bouncing,staining all 5 stars…inch smaller than my coffee table not to short not to tall the height of sitting, you can also place the pillows on back of couch for top back/ neck comfort..don’t need legs…The Cloud couch exactly that amazing….go buy asap..I don’t want to get up off couch true couch potato with this one.3 days full fluff…puff pillows if needed…ayyyyyyree

Overall good, but has a short back rest.
I love this couch. Measurements are accurate but it definitely seems smaller in person. It took a few days to be fully expanded. Pretty firm and comfortable, my only dislike is how short the back rest is. This couch would not work for me if it wasn’t against a wall, the back rest does not hold you up because it’s so short. Other than that I really like it.

Very comfortable and firm
I was worried when only one part of it showed up yesterday but the other part showed up today and I couldn’t be more happy it is so amazing soft and comfortable and fit together perfectly and fits perfectly in my reading room it is coming together and this is the biggest piece of it and I’m so happy

Best couch ever
This is my second purchase. I have one at home and one in our work lounge. This couch is the best. Better than expensive couches.I love how comfortable it is and I love how you can move it in all different ways.You can spill things and it comes right off, which is important with grandkids and animals.I will buy this couch again and again if needed. I been telling all my family and friends about this.

Not luxurious but worth it for the price!
I think its great for the price! I was a bit skeptical but for the price i said lets just risk it for the biscuit and the biscuit was worth it lol. It even came a lot earlier than it said it would! I love that you can change the shape its been super practical in more ways than I thought.Its also very comfy which is important for a couch lol. I hope it holds up over time we’ll just have to see.(Inserting update on holding up over time: after 3.5 months the back support ripped. We unzipped the fabric cover and saw that it was actually not ripped thankfully, but it came apart. It seemed to be glued to the seat part. After seeing the inside, it does look pretty cheaply made, but it is pretty large and much cheaper than other couches its size so I guess I cant complain, you get what you pay for. We’ll be looking for a glue that can put it back together.)Also easy to move bc its pretty light, no heavy wood. This is also a plus bc i dont have to worry about a random piece of wood making us uncomfortable when we want to lay down on it like Ive read in reviews of other couches.I wish it came in more bright colors like yellow, orange, blue, green or even purple. But black is classic and everything else in my living room Will bring the color.I also wish there was maybe something to hold the pieces together a bit more as it can shift a bit when moving around a lot for example when my husband sits near the end of a piece he can kinda sink down in between and shift the pieces a bit. Very minor things really.

worth it
gorgeous couch! super soft, very comfy to have in the sectional position or the one that’s more like a bed. it’s a bit low to the ground but the size of it is perfect for my tiny living room. you really get a great value even though it’s a low cost. the one thing i will say is that it is super heavy to carry so get some assistance with that. it fully rises in the first 24 hours of having it. it is a little bit flimsy when it comes to leaning on the back of it (don’t put too much weight or it may fall back; for reference i’m 180lbs and it feel like it’ll lean back if i do but it hasn’t yet) but honestly still amazing purchase and it’s a gorgeous color!
