It seems like a quality step stool and the storage is nice but don’t actually use it as a step stool. The amount of times it gave out from underneath a 30lbs girl was ridiculous.

Feet don’t sit flat on floor.
**Update: customer service reached out and was very helpful – changing from 2 to 5 stars for their service. There are little foam pads on the bottom of the feet which would help with scratches on a hard wood floor, but I would only use on a carpet since the feet don’t sit flat.Cute stool. The feet are poorly designed as they are all at an angle which is functional on a hard wood floor. The feet should sit flat on the ground.
