This is very well designed knife. The handle is beautiful, and it is sharp! I had to buy myself cutguard gloves to protect myself and well worth having the sharpness.

Quality knife – holds its edge and nicely proportioned!
This is a quality blade! I have only had the knife for a few short weeks BUT it has become our favorite when preparing meals! The chefâs knife is bigger than our other knives which gives longer range of motion and the blade is ultra sharp and holds it edge great!! It slices veggies and meats easily and cleanly and is super easy to clean. I highly recommend this knife!

Good knife for the money, functional
It does what it needs to do for my kitchen/deli work. After 8 months of use, the handle really feels good, though I should probably oil it a little more than I do… I kinda like the dry, matte look and feel it gets over time. I don’t know much knife terminology so bear with me as I try to explain this, but, one important thing to note is that the height of the blade is quite short, especially at the heel (close to the handle), compared to many other chefs knives. This took some getting used to, and I had to learn to actually hold it in a correct manner (apparently I hadn’t been doing that before)… and after a week or two I really started to love it. Honestly, I can say this knife has been an excellent value and has delivered exactly what I was looking for– a natural, soft, and comfortable feel and look, as well as a subtle uniqueness. I do recommend.

Excellent Craftmanship!
Love this chef’s knife for several reasons: it has a good solid weight to it, slices and dices with ease, perfect for all slicing, chopping for food prep, it is also crafted beautifully, stainless steel blade and the handle is easy to grip. This was a fabulous deal for $25–has the look and feel of a knife much more expensive. It also came very nicely packaged. If you need a high quality chef’s knife and do not want to spend $100 + for many other top brands–this is the one to purchase.

I love that it is seriously sharp and light with a good balance. It feels amazing in my hand. Cuts sweet potatoes and meat easily.It is a quality knife that looks sleek and the wooden handle is smooth and easy to grip. I will certainly get another from this company. For the cost it was excellent. I am very impressed

5+ year review. Still good.
Honestly, just a great go-to knife. Reliable, inexpensive, holds an edge well, and sharpens with relative ease.I’ve been using mine (or it’s replacements) nearly daily for almost 6 years.(I don’t bother putting it away. It stays out with a cutting board ready for a moments notice) It started out as a gift from a friend, and I’ve come to order or replace over half a dozen of these as gifts to friends and family (I have casually left a few behind as gifts during traveling. And yes, I bring my knives on vacation when possible) and everyone has sung it’s virtues back to me.It’s light, comfortable to handle, and a joy to work with. (My favorite is the lack of heel/bolster for quick back of knife slicing)I have several expensive knives that cost several hundred dollars each from WillSonom types to handmade Damascus. Those are mostly purpose built and come out for specific tasksThis is my daily. I’m not afraid to abuse it, and it doesn’t mind being abused. It’s held up to my tasks and WITH REGULAR MAINTENANCE(honing) and occasional SHARPENING (either with whetstone or lazy/makeshift back of ceramic mug), the thing has been a trooper.Most any knife can come sharp out of the box, but I can say from experience that this one does hold up (with minor effort) over time.
