Love my bed !!
Love my bed it took a couple hours to put together it was easy to follow the instructions I did get frustrated a couple times but it worked out it don’t make any noice at all it isn’t too high up it is super heavy and sturdy on the floor it donts feel cheap it was a little on the pricey side but it was worth it it doesn’t make noise it’s a perfect size for me and my dog

Button tufted platform bed
This product is very easy to put together & is so nice as well! Very nice to look at to upgrade your bedroom on a budget! Would highly reccomend!!

Beautiful frame!
Just received our bed frame! It came early too, so that’s always a plus. Needed this frame sooo bad, ours was literally falling apart. So glad we went with this one, the size is great, (we have a queen mattress). The stability is there, it was simple to put together but did take a while. The frame is so soft, I absolutely love it! Not too sure about the support on it yet, bc we just received it today! I will check back in about a month to update!

Queen bed frame
Definitely worth the money, easy to build, outlets work perfectly. Just have been some screws that get easily loose when moving the bed but overall not bad and definitely really cute.

Beautiful Piece of Furniture!
One of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon. Beautiful upholstery and lovely nailheads. Very Sturdy! The charging outlets are such a plus. I bought this for one of our spare bedrooms…and bought another for our second spare room!

Awesome bed This was a bed for my granddaughter, my husband assembled it and it was easy for him to set it up. My granddaughter loves her 'big girl bed', it is adorable. And what a great price too!

Very bad parts, not aligned holes so you cannot assemble the product
The product was overall good – quality was good and the build was good. I was happy with the purchase up until I started to assemble the bed together. Assembly takes about 2 hours as one is usign a manual allen key for all attachment – there are no lockhead attachments to attach joints (as one would find in IKEA furniture). Anyhow, all went fine and assembled half the bed on the left side, when i started the right side – I noted all the hex bolt pre drilled holes were misaligned – one part had holes drilled down and the other drilled 2 inches above – how in the world would they expect the parts to fit each other. Quality control is terrible.Now, ofcourse seller would say return the goods and we will replace it. How in the world is that possible once you get something the size of a full bed weight 90 lbs and open the packaging – it all comes apart. Its not like the packaging is an Apple product that comes so well designed that you can keep the package 10 years and still have the package. The cheap ply was all cut up and parts all over the assembly floor – there is no way ever that I could ever re-package such a large item.So it is very obvious that return isn’t easy. That is why it is best to avoid buying this product. Sent a note to customer service of this seller to have the courtesy to atleast give me the replacement of the 2 small side planks so I can assemble the bed – but no reply. I cannot drill the new holes as the 2 planks form the side which needs to be pre drilled and set with metal inserts as it forms the balance of the side of the bed. So trying to trill holes is futile as the hex bolts dont fit without a machine pressed metal insert.Bad customer service, bad product quality and I would highly recommend avoid it. Again, this is my experience and someone else could get lucky and get a set that assembles fully with no fault and that is why there are good ratings too. But i would rather not gamble on this product as if you are like me that gets a bad quality set – the whole bed is ruined for just 2 small parts and un reliable and un responsive customer service.The whole bed half put together and thinking of putting it on the side walk on trash day for a trash pick up. A complete waste of money with no support.
