Nice looking couch
This sofa is great for the price. I don’t love that you can’t flip the seat cushions. Hopefully the foam will last and any stains will come up easily. Besides that it’s a good buy and looks really nice in our living room. It’s comfy enough for a quick nap. All you have to do is screw in the feet to assemble it. I was a bit hesitant to buy it online but it worked out!

Overall nice sofa
The sofa is beautiful with one exception. On both arms there is an imprint of the bubble wrap that doesn’t seem to be going away . I tried lifting the pile gently with a scrub brush and that didn’t work so I tried my steamer to no avail. Not dissatisfied enough to go through the hassle of sending it back but disappointed.

Firm easy to clean
I’m happy with how I spent my money. Value for money. Arrived all in one piece. Save for legs. So easy assembly. Easy to clean. Good color. Firm but that’s how I like it. Doesn’t wobble or make noises. Sturdy. Deep seats.

Beautiful but packing imprints.
Sofa is beautiful, fabric is a lovely color, delivered early, legs easy to attach.The problem I am having is the packing material has made imprints on the pile of the fabric.I have had for a few weeks and the imprint has lessened but it is still there.I am worried to take a little steam.The company needs to rethink packing for velvet fabric.

Buyer be really aware
Be VERY sure you can live with whatever color variation arrives because return shipping is buyers responsibility and will likely cost you as much or lore than you pay for it. Customer service only says read the fine print. Not helpful.I thought i was getting a light beige and what was delivered was pretty stark white. Not at all what i wanted. Couch looks nice enough, but the cushions wear really fast and im stuck with white furniture that goes with nothing.

So comfortable!
My mom ordered this couch and I helped her put it together it was surprisingly so comfortable! Couches these days are so tricky and feel so firm but this one exceeded my expectations! Lovely feel and fabric as well!

Very nice but…
The sofa is beautiful. It’s very firm but I like it that way and suspect it will loosen up with wear. However, there is a pattern of small circles in the velvet on the top of each arm. I suspect this was from being upside down (weight bearing) on top of bubble wrap or similar packing material. I am going to attempt steaming it to see if that helps remove it. I would be curious if anyone else has experienced this issue. I’ll attach photos
