Perfect for price!
We debated getting this couch for a few months and Iâm so glad we did. Its size and fabric quality is far better than would be expected for the price. The blue is very close to the product images and pretty deep making it very comfortable. The depth of the couch+the ottoman isnât long enough for anyone above 5ft 5in to lay on without their feet hanging off but itâs still comfy. If youâre looking for a budget friendly couch that will last you a few years and looks nice, this is a great pick!

Couch was delivered within 2 separate days
Back of it is a bit hard but for the price I would say itâs worth it. Color is pretty and Ilya an hr to put together

Perfect for on a budget!! Get this couch!!!!
So I never leave reviews ever, but I felt this couch deserved it. I was looking for a couch and I was on a budget. Furniture stores want $2,000+ for a big comfortable couch. I found this couch and I was very skeptical of how sturdy it would be but the part where your back rests is made from metal bars so itâs perfect. It is way bigger than I expected, It could fit 5-6 people easily and it is so comfortable! Very soft and plush but still has a firmness to it. It took me about 4 hours to build, Iâm a woman 4â11 but I did it by myself no help. The instructions were straight forward to me. But I also do have experience building things alone. It is very low to the ground it might as well be on the floor, I believe the feet it comes with are 1 or 2 inches. I read the reviews and fixed that easily by purchasing some more legs. I got 6 inch legs which is just a tad high for my preference I should have gotten 4 inch but I donât feel like sending them back.I ordered black which it looks black on the picture but I got a very dark charcoal grey couch. Wasnât too happy with that because I had a color scheme already but I was still able to make it work so no complaints. Lastly, the cushions on the back do not stick to the couch they are just kind of propped up by the cushion you sit on since itâs so fluffy so I got some Velcro tape as well to fix that and itâs perfect!!! I bought this couch even with the complications because they could be fixed very easily and I would have the perfect couch for my family. I would say walk donât run to buy this couch! Good value for the money
Iâve had this for 1 year now and can confidently say it was a good purchase for what I could afford at the time.Pros:- Good size. I have an awkwardly shaped living area and have to be crafty with arrangement of things & this loveseat did the trick.- Machine washable: Itâs a pain, but the covers come off. I washed it on the delicate cycle and let them air dry.- Soft. Pretty comfortable with the foot cushionCons:- Very low. As everyone has stated, it sits low to the ground but I got some 6in legs and now itâs the perfect height.- Velvet. I donât find it very easy to spot clean since I have a dog and itâs whiter than I thought it would be. But as mentioned, (with some effort) itâs machine washable.- Shallow depth. I wish the seat cushions were a little deeper.Overall, I think itâs of moderate quality and a fair price for what you get.

I read all the reviews before purchasing. Im so glad i did. It was bigger than i had thought. I was aware that it sits lower on the floor so if i need it taller i would get 5 inch couch feet. This will be used for my son when he visits. I could have just gotten the 3 sitter with 2 ottomans but i turned the 4th seat into a chair. It was easy to assemble. It does have a smell but is expected. Nothing febreeze cant handle. I love the color. Its not black. I may need to get some stronger velcro for pillows and cushions later. This couch is Super soft and comfy. Its perfect for my budget and my needs. I am very happy. My husbands initial reaction was awful. He hated it but after he put it together completely with the pillows he loves it. He is very skeptical at times. Faster than expected delivery. So glad i didnt spend 3000 on a couch!Update: have had this couch for a month. Kids jumping on the couch. 2 cats playing. This couch holds up! Still super soft and still glad i bought this couch. Super happy.

Worst online purchase and experience in my life to date
I purchased this sofa off the viral Tik Tok video with decent hopes of a great sofa since the reviews were outstanding. The shipment arrived quickly and it was extremely easy to assemble. After two weeks, the sofa started to cave in. Itâs reminiscent of sitting on a water bed with how this sofa lacks sturdiness. The back sofa cushions are low and offer poor support as well. I have definitely noticed back pain from using this sofa. Never had that issue with my IKEA couch.Customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with. Iâve been trying to get a resolution for two weeks. They respond just once a day, and it seems they struggle to comprehend my concerns or grasp my perspective. Their ability to interpret my feedback and find a solution, or even understand my point, is severely lacking in common sense. Their solution was to âiron / steam itâ to deal with how itâs caving in. The product is very cheap quality and already caving in due to being worn out in just two weeks – steaming it wonât fix this. They instructed me to return the sofa in original packaging which is impossible to do even if I still had the boxes since the cushions were vacuum packed. I keep inquiring how Iâm supposed to return this so I can get a refund but their response is simply âwith the shipping labelâ. I would HAPPILY return this if it was at all possible, but unsure how to seeing I live in Manhattan. There is zero common sense or practicality with customer service and completely pointless stating a refund is available if there is no possible way to return this sofa. Complete waste of money and time. I would highly recommend to avoid this product and seller.

Love this!!
I give this couch a 5 star. I wanted a pillow couch and this one was perfect for the price. Itâs easy to assemble. Very comfortable to lay or sit on. Soft. Itâs a lot longer then I expected but, gives more room for my family and guest to sit. I got the three setter and it honestly could fit like 5 to 6 people on it. Very good quality for the price. The back is a little hard but honestly itâs not to bad once you add the pillows. The ottoman is so comfortable to kick your legs up on and just relax.
