Good packaging, didn’t come with the instructions but it’s very easy to put together. The fabrics looks good. It’s comfortable and not bulky, something that we were looking. It’s a good budget friendly option for an small living or basement

Perfect couch
So chic, sturdy, comfortable and beautiful. So easy to assemble and clean (thank god considering it’s white lol) came with all parts needed for assembly. No missing parts. Functional and fits in any space! Super sturdy. Me and my 330 lb boyfriend sit on this all the time and it holds up beautifully lol. You need this!!

Super comfy sofa!! I love the size, the color and the fabric of the sofa! Good quality at an affordable price!No issues with the zipper or installation, good height for tall people and with thick cushions.It takes some time to assemble if you are by yourself but it’s doable.It’s even better than I expected! The only down side I see is the back cushions comeback to the front easily after sitting for a while and sometimes does not give a cool look but you can fix them accommodating the cushions to their original position.

This couch is oddly sized, there is a previous comment on how only someone 5′-3″ would really fit on the couch.Construction is very poor and customer service was minimally helpful. Couch cushions will come vacuum sealed and have a horrendous odor, but more importantly make returning the item nearly impossible. The fabric on my couch was frayed on every aspect, i have no hope for any longevity. Likely we will have this couch for 1 to maybe 2 months, horrible investment. The center back piece does not align with the two chase lounge backs, creating a funky look. I would recommend going to Walmart or any other bargain store as this thing is barely worth the packaging it was sent in. This has poorly made Chinese product written all over it from the poorly written instructions, to the quality and the just ineptitude of the customer service. One another couch arrives I’m tossing this one out.

The most comfortable Amazon couch
Comfort Pros — I would purchase this sectional again. I tried 5-6 different couches from various online vendors, and the Karl Home u-shaped sectional won due to comfort. A lot of online vendors are selling couches that are incredibly firm, and uncomfortable. This couch was plush, but also not too soft. I have a bad back, so a I need a couch with good support, but I also can have a couch that is too firm or I risk further injury to my back. Therefore, this couch really suited my needs. It is good for sitting and lounging.Comfort Cons — However, while it is soft and comfortable the chaise on both the left and right side are too short too kick-back and relax, so you will have to purchase an ottoman. Additionally, the depth of the couch is shallow, so again rolling back and forth on this couch will never happen. Another reviewer stated you will need to add throw pillows for more cushion and back support — that is factual.The Color — The color is cream/off-white. It has yellow undertones, so if you are looking for a cream/off-white couch with beige or another shade of white undertone — this couch ain’t it. This also makes it challenging to purchase an ottoman that is the same shade of off-white/cream.

Dont recommend
This is rather small. The couch is ok, no arm rest. It is just cushions barely padded and eventually look like crap after 3 months. The butt part that you sit on is way too narrow. It is theoretically comfy until you realize it is too small and no area to rest arms if you are on the end of either side. Im already looking to purchase a new couch and this one is brand new. Being cheap doesnt pay off here folks. This is good for your 18 year old college student or apartment. My living room swallows this couch. Also, cheap materials and was an absolute PAIN to put together. Holes in fabric didnt line up eith the bolt holes. Took me an unbelievable amount of time to put this together, coming from a professional furniture putter together lol. This makes IKEA furniture like a cake walk.

Yes there are some flaws but it’s so much better than expected
Ok, given the price I spent on this I fully believe this was one of the greatest deals I’ve come across. Yes there are some loose threads and the legs are made of plastic (but thick, sturdy plastic) but honestly none of that matters bc I am impressed. It is velvetly soft, it’s comfortable, it’s bigger than I had planted in my mind and I am so happy with it. I’m 5’9 and I can lay across it with probably about a foot left. My only complaint would be how flimsy the arm rests are but honestly still so worth it. I was able to put it together myself in less than an hour (I am handy but I was impressed). Love this couch and so happy to have made this purchase.
