Final step-1
As shown in the figure, position 1 maintain the lock tongue in a non popping state throughout the installation process;
Final step-2
As shown in the figure, The component at position 2 should be kept in a vertical position through the latch;
Final step-3
The power cord at position 3 should pass from below the latch, as passing from above will cause the lock tongue to fully pop out;
Final step-4
When closing the back cover, ensure that the knob at position 4 is in a vertical position.
Why set initial password?
1.The lock comes with a function to recognize the left and right doors. When you install the battery, you will hear the sound of the motor, and the lock will automatically lock after recognition. At this time, you can unlock it with the initial password;
2.When you download the app and bind the lock, the initial password automatically becomes invalid.
Very important!
3-step operation to connect lock.
1. Download the Tuya smart app from the mobile app market and open the app interface(Ensure that the mobile phone system has enabled the Bluetooth connection permission for Tuya Smart App);
2. Tap any button on the panel to activate the lock;
3. Find the device in the app (automatically) and bind the lock.
Other tips: The automatic locking function needs to be turned on in the app before it can work properly.

Took a sec to figure out how to adjust it for the depth of the door but works amazing. Love that you do not have to use the app. I did so I could set my own code and so we could make temporary codes for dog sitters and the like.

Easy installation and setup.
I did a lot of research before getting the Keyless Entry Door Lock because this lock would be exposed to the elements. The easy installation and setup took approximately 20 minutes, and the ability to lock and unlock the door via the app is not only convenient but offers peace of mind being able to look at your phone and know the lock’s status. The downside is that if you want to have notifications on the status of the lock, you have to subscribe to their service. If you’re looking for a (so far) weatherproof door lock that you can control with your phone, this might be what you’re after.

Installation not particularly straightforward, keypad is awkward to use.
I’ve installed and replaced quite a few deadbolts and door knobs over the years and really expect to be able to replace one without having to refer to the manual for the installation part. Unfortunately this one isn’t particularly intuitive and I had to go to the manual to get it installed because you have to partially disassemble the lock before you can install it.Also the screws that hold the lock together were very small and I doubt this lock would hold up to a good hammer blow or two before falling apart, though obviously I didn’t test this.The (android) app was relatively easy to use and connecting the app to the lock was easier than I expected.The other problem I have with the lock is the layout of the number keys, with the zero arranged to the right of the rest of the numbers instead of below. Which means if your unlock code contains any zeros it’s very awkward to use, though I expect you’d eventually get used to it.

Easy to install and great value
This lock was super easy to install and operate, the app was also easy to install and operate. You can unlock the door from your car and you can assign unlock codes for different people. We installed the lock on our shop for employees to access. Great value and excellent materials and workmanship.

Cheapest app controlled lock youâll find
Ok, so yeah according to the review itâs not WiFi, but youâre also not paying $100 for it! For $30 you wonât find another one that lets you unlock with your phone! For $30 youâll be lucky to get one thatâs just a deadbolt and maybe a keypad.So, now for the review: doesnât take any time to âwake upâ, after I get out of my car I open the app and click the connect button, then once Iâm within 7-10 feet I hear the beep and I slide to unlock and itâs unlocked before I can reach for the door knob.It was simple to install, just follow the instructions and make sure itâs set to short or long length.The only thing I wish it did is work with Siri.

Easy to install and easy to use, app makes programming a breeze
This took me all of 5 minutes to install. The battery cover is a little loose/easy to remove but that’s the only gripe. A few screws and alignment and it’s good to go.I love being able to open my door with an app, and even better if you add a small bluetooth gateway device, you can add another app so you can lock/unlock your door from anywhere.This is one of the easier locks to use and install (I’ve tried a few) and I’m super happy about it.I’ve been informed a wifi-version of the lock will be releasing soon, that would remove your need to have a bluetooth gateway to have remote access to the lock.Regardless this is a great deal and a great lock.

Works great, zero hassle installation!
Some of these smart locks are a real hassle to setup requiring wireless internet connections etc. This one was super easy. Just download their app and i was up and running in just a few minutes. Works perfect too! This lock was just as fast to install and be done with the job as any regular dead bolt is! Very pleased with that!
