This product works the best of similar products I have tried.
Easy to install and program. The finger print is reliable and secure. The code is easy to enter, but I would prefer a 3 to 4 digit code.

Reliable, solid. Provides excellent security.
Our previous electronic door lock had to have batteries replaced very frequently whereas this one lasts over a month easily.

nice look but won’t register with app
Nice look easy to install etc but won’t register on the app. And I won’t be able to find out it is Bluetooth only or true wifi – it won’t register. Left voicemail to the customer service, I will give a week and ready to return… 2 hours wasted sadly.

Effortless Security
Thiis smart lock is super! The fingerprint scanner is super quick and accurate, and I can control everything from my phone. Plus, the auto-lock feature is a lifesaver when I’m rushing out the door. It’s solid and looks dope on my front door. Also it was easy to isntall, Highly recommend it!

Great product!
Weâve had this keyless entry product installed for about a month or so, so far it works perfectly! Iâve only had to use my fingerprint as it accepts it the first try every time! Installation was a breeze once I got my old knob and deadbolt off. I definitely recommend and would buy again!

Lock set directions and app
First you can download the app, however the screen configuration does not allow user to select agree and move on to setting up account. Without the account, it makes using the lockset feature.Directions are slightly unclear to make sure the set is in vertical position otherwise the lock is confused on the lock and unlock position.It says that you can disable the auto lock feature. I dont know if this is thru app or not. But it appears temporary. Unloading groceries, I dont want the door to auto lock.In the end the app does not work and that is a major issue. It kept freezing my phone and it doesn’t allow to set up account.

Easy to Install. Works well!
I bought this item to replace a Schlage keypad deadbolt that did not work as expected – I could not change the codes and it would not connect to Bluetooth as advertised. Immediately this Blackview product stood out:Unboxing: The packaging was excellent – every piece was carefully wrapped to prevent damage and the box itself had molded foam cutout inserts to house each piece. Spare parts and hardware were in separate small boxes and clearly labeled. The instructions were artfully laid on top of the whole assembly.Instructions: Clear and easy to read with QR codes to YouTube videos with visual instructions.Installation: If you already have holes in your door, this is a breeze! Took no time at all.Setup: Again, easy, with QR codes to video instructions should they be necessary. I love the fingerprint entry.Only issue: This connected to Bluetooth easily but I have a new 5G router – this product only connects to 2.4G so I can’t lock this remotely (an issue since my teens always forget to lock the door). But this product locks itself after several seconds so as long as they close the door on time, this is unlikely to be a problem.
