It’s easy to install and program. I prefer buttons to this flat keypad. The beeps are very low volume. If you are hard of hearing, you may not hear the beeps. They are high pitch. It works as expected. Appears to be made of quality material.

I have other electronic locks this unit is actually much easier to install, I just have a piece of crap door that I had to work on to make it fit otherwise anybody that’s got a normal door it’d be very simple

unfortunately, slight programming changes in the handles make it difficult to keep unlocked for daily usage, now instead of a simple #/* command after user code is entered they now want you to go through a sequence in the programming menu. not easy nor user friendly unlike older units especially for older workers. definitely look elsewhere.
