We recently bought our house and I was not sure about the security. With the key already installed and the key provided by others. Wanted to replace the old key with the new one. So looked to replace it and found this as my best solution to solve my insecurity with safety thing. I wanted to have a smart keyless lock which it does. It meets my expectations and also looks nice on my newly bought house. It has different ways like locking with a key, using the app, and fingerprint and also it works with Alexa. It is perfect. I installed the on my front door. I love the look and functionality of the lock. Unfortunately, the door handle seems to slip when rotating it clockwise and doesn’t open the door. Counter clockwise works but I don’t typically rotate door handles in that direction to open them. Is it limited to the one direction only?
