Fingerprint scanner is unreliable. Codes and keys seem to work
The fingerprint scanner is unreliable, which defeats much of why I wanted this. I have these in a Church and only want certain people to have access at certain times. I didn’t want to use codes (as those can be shared), so I liked the idea of the fingerprint reader. Sadly, it is very unreliable. It will work for a week or maybe a month and then one day stop recognizing a fingerprint for no apparent reason.I have contacted customer support about this multiple times (I have 5 of these locks and 2 other Sifely / TT-Lock locks). The support is responsive (they will email you quickly). But they have no real solution other than to tell you to reprogram the fingerprints. This is not a great solution if someone is standing outside trying to get in and their fingerprint stopped working with the lock. It means that I have to give them a code to enter the building. Not an ideal solution from my perspective.If I had the money, I would upgrade to a better brand.So I am not a fan of this. If you really want a fingerprint reader, I recommend using a Lockly lock. Granted that is 3 times as expensive, but has a lot more features.I have these hooked up to the gateways as well. That gives internet access to the lock, and allows me to be able to unlock it from anywhere. The Lockly has that built-in and does not require another piece of hardware, plug and space.Overall, this lock is ok. I would recommend the non-fingerprint version if you are okay with using codes/fobs. But if you can afford a lockly system, that is the way to go.

The Best Lock on the Market
This is the FIFTH one of these that Iâve purchased. I use them @ my own house as well as all my rental properties. Itâs by far the most bang for the buck and itâs very very user friendly!!

Convenient!!
This is my third purchase for my rental properties. I have a lot of traffic of people and live in another state so itâs convenient changing codes for each guest!I travel a lot myself and can say I like this SmartLock brand because it has Voice notification UNLOCK, LOCK, or it will let you know incorrect pin. Where as others donât have Voice notifications.I recommend getting the 3 year warranty on it. The customer service is very responsive through email and if needed on phone. I had a guest get locked out and customer service helped me out with an error that occurred.Comes with keys, card fobs, easy app and gateway wifi.The doorknob is all black and light only appears with touched. Great design style !

This lock is wonderful. Well worth its price.
This is the best decision I’ve made all year. The installation is so easy. They provide paper instructions and online videos of installation which made it very easy to understand. The lock itself is very solid and good quality material. Programming key codes is a breeze. Lots of options and well worth the purchase. Extremely happy.

Keeps the kids out of bedroom – but had to pay for APP
This was very easy to install, comes with a QR code that takes you through step by step! Very strong and works great as long as I make sure door is shut all the way! My kids are mosey and get into everything, yes I know Iâm the problem but in my defense I do get into them and punish them for going through things they are not suppose to but nothing has worked so this was the solution! Once it was all installed I tried to download the app and it charged me 8.95 to do so! NOTE- You can not unlock the door with app if you are away from house unless you have a gateway!! Will be buying again for my storage room!

Works great very easy to install
Replaced an old hard to open keyed front door lock with this awesome keyless one. It installed fast, there’s a step by step video all ya do is follow it. The screws are individually packaged and labeled for each step, that makes it so easy! Love the key fob openers.

Great product and even better customer service
The Smart lock is very easy to install, use and looks great. I had an issue with the battery cover that needed to be replaced, and the customer service was fantastic with a quick response and shipping me a replacement at no charge. I was very impressed! I highly recommend the lock.

Simple and practical lock. Exactly what I needed.
The 5-in-1 Keyless Entry Smart Door Lock has been a great addition to my home, particularly for securing my back door. Iâve had three locks before this one, varying from simple to complex wi-fi locks and they have all failed. The previous simple locks jam and are inconsistent. The previous complex locks would constantly drop signal and were a hassle to operate. Not to mention they were extremely expensive.I appreciate the convenience, simplicity and flexibility this lock offers. The ability to unlock the door using a code, wireless key fob, key card, smartphone, or physical key provides multiple ways to enter without hassle. I feel that for the price, this lock is a much better value!One of my favorite features is the remote code generation, which doesnât require an internet connection. I can easily share temporary codes with family or friends if they need access when Iâm not home. While I havenât opted for the Sifely WiFi Gateway, the option to add remote control and real-time access logs is a great future consideration.Installation was straightforward, taking just a few minutes with a Phillips screwdriverâno extra drilling or locksmith required.
