Itâs really useful for my family
This smart lock is amazing! It is truly unbeatable in terms of usability. The fingerprint recognition works flawlessly; we have hardly encountered any issues with it. No more fumbling for keys every time we want to open the door! Additionally, it comes with a card option and an app for added convenience. Overall, it is so easy to use and looks great too. I installed it on a door with two holes, and it covers perfectly. However, please note! If your door has two holes with a handle at the bottom, this lock is not suitable.

Smart and safe lock
This is an amazing product. It provides multiple ways to lock/unlock the door, which makes it easy to use but super Secure. It is easy to install and battery efficient. It is very worth the money. The fingerprint recognition works great too!!!

Easy install
Keep pad, fobs and phone app work great. Doesnât always work with the thumb print. Had to reset several times.

Great door lock
It has key fob, key, password and fingerprint access make it super easy to manage. The app can do the remote control with log. Easy to install and experience is great. Great purchase

Defective Manufacturing
When I went to install my new Nyboer Smart Lever Plus, it quickly became evident that that shaft of the handle was not going to fit into the latch mechanism. It would only push in a little ways and not go any further. So, I tried inserting the shaft from the opposite direction. The shaft got stuck and would neither go in or come out. I had to pound it out with a hammer and totally destroyed the inner latch mechanism.. I have installed plenty of door handles in my day, and I have never not been able to achieve a successful outcome. I give this product a huge thumbs down.I have an update on this product and it’s manufacturer…… Nyboer reached out to me to inquire as to what my complaint was and how they could rectify the situation. SO, I told them about the troubles I had experienced trying to install the lock, and how I was forced to, basically, destroy the inner mechanism to get it out of my door and reinstall the original lock. tHey said that was not a problem and they would send me a new mechanism. But, i had to admit, and sadly report that I was afraid they they would blame me for destroying the lock and not do anything to help me, so in an effort to come up with a plausible reason to send me a new unit, I had pulled the wiring clip off and the the old one was irreversibly damaged. to my shock, they said that they perfectly understood the predicament and said that they would indeed send me a brand new unit, if I provided them with my mailing address. So, I was only too happy to comply and anxiously awaited my new lock to arrive to see if, indeed it was just a manufacturing defect or if the new lock would also prove to be a challenge to install. To my utter delight, when the new unit arrived in the mail, the first thing that I checked was to see if the square metal shaft would fit into the latch mechanism, and it went in without any problems. I am happy to say that it was a successful installation, and the product is truly a marvel! I could not be more pleased with my new Nyboer Smart Lock, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking safety, security, and ease of entrance into their home. I sincerely thank Nyboer, from the bottom of my heart, for aking things right and ensuring that I am indeed a very happy and satisfied customer!

Works mostly.
The biggest problem i have with this lock is the fact that in order to utilize it to its full potential you have to have a monthly subscription to an account. Another thing is, i cannot get it to speak English. It is stuck on some foreign language and no matter how many times i select English it stays speaking gibberish. It doesnât always stay connected to our wifi, or maybe its just that i havenât paid for an account. I donât know which. I only successfully remotely unlocked it one time. The camera is accessible intermittently. The thumb print works quite well. Would i buy it again? Probably not.
