Door Lock Convenience Essential
I got this fingerprint, keypad security door lock for use at my small business. I was able to install it myself but it did take me a minute to figure it all out. The instructions were helpful seeing how it was my first time installing any type of lock on a door.Once it was up and running, I was impressed with how well the fingerprint reader worked. It is fast and accurate. It has not given me any trouble so far. The keypad is also responsive, and it is handy to have as a backup option or an alternative to the fingerprint.One thing I really like is the auto lock feature. I can set it to automatically lock the door after a certain amount of time, which is great for peace of mind for a forgetful person like me. I like that there is also an option to disable the keypad from the inside, which is a nice security feature.The lock itself seems to function properly and is well made lock. The battery life has also been decent so far. I have not had to change it yet, and I use the lock multiple times a day.Overall, I am happy with this fingerprint door lock. It hass made my life easier and given me peace of mind.

Sleek looking and smart
I bought this lock for our new home and I am very pleased with how it looks installed. I prefer the longer handles because it is way easier to open with your hands full. This is a smart lock with lots of cool features in the app, including use history which is pretty cool. My fiance has to have something we could open with a fingerprint because he never has his keys and this one does it. Our old lock had several issues after a bit of use but this one seems well made and durable. I also like that the numbers are big and clear as the last one they were close together and I would have to enter the code more than once. It came well packaged and was fairly easy to install. I don’t think I could go back to using keys at this point, well worth the purchase.

Quit working after 3 months
We installed this on October 1st and it is no longer working. It reads your fingerprint and says âdoor unlockedâ but it doesnât unlock the door. When it is working you can hear the bolt move to unlock the door. That is not happening. Same when you enter the code or use the app to unlock. Donât purchase. Itâs a waste of money.

Dimensions
It would be nice for the seller to put at least the basic dimensions for this item for customers review. I actually had to return this item, because of the deadbolt lock (already installed) was interfering with how tall the keypad is for this item location.

Works. Plenty of options in the menu to customize.
A few things to knowRead ALL of the instructions first. Kind of confusing otherwiseDoes not operate remotely without a subscription and a separate hub. Works fine without.Key fob wouldn’t install. I was hesitant anyway because smart key attached by a thin piece of plastic seems like a security risk.You will need another handle if you had both a deadbolt and lock on your door. Have to open two things as the smart lock and handle are combined. I would have preferred the smart lock on top and the handle on the bottom.Quirky to add fingerprints or codes as they each have to be added/named separately. I added my name and a number to each fingerprint.For the price point it’s a great buy, especially if you have one lock. Seems sturdy and responsive.
