It’s compatible with my adjustable base, the legs of my base sit right on top of the base of the bed frame. The fabric is SOOOO buttery soft and overall it’s nicer than I expected!

We got this bed for our child who quickly outgrew her toddler bed. We got a full sized bed that fits comfortably in my kid’s small bedroom. A bed made out of the same materials with a similar design at the typical furniture stores was way over budget. This one was a steal of a deal at under $150. The upholstery is this canvas-like material and the headboard shelf is this honey pine colour. It works perfectly for my kid’s lavender and taupe bedroom. The storage drawers are a little smaller than expected but still quite functional. They come with a liner which isn’t shown in ad photos. They’re nice cos they keep small items from falling over the floor. It took us about 3 hours to put together and this was cos we installed a board backward and noticed this mistake halfway thru. So maybe assembly time is less if you don’t mess up like we did. Bed is solid and sturdy! Slats are high quality. Get a mattress taller than 8 inches if you want to cover up the gap between the headboard and the edge of the mattress. I also recommend getting protective clear panels for the sides of the headboard if you have cats. Overall, we are very pleased with this cozy bed. It was several hundred dollars under budget and will last several years or at least until our kid hits a major growth spurt into adult height later on. Neutral design makes it easy to decorate for either a boy or a girl. My daughter loves her big girl bed! We do too. Good purchase for the price.
