The first one I received was broken. But after I received the replacement, my lock is working very good. It has been a few months now and haven’t even change the battery yet.Very good product for the money.

Doesn’t work and broke in less than year
Contractor had a difficult time getting installed and once batteries were installed, wouldn’t configure/work properly… just used as a regular door for 8 months and now internal knob is about to fall off… couldn’t find instructions on how to remove knob (no clip visible in slot) and plate doesn’t have screws visible. Chinese garbage… spend more on quality US brand.

I purchased two of these and both do not work at this point. The actual door handle will not workâ¦.stays locked constantly. They were installed less than six months ago.i would not recommend at all
