I purchased two of these and both do not work at this point. The actual door handle will not work….stays locked constantly. They were installed less than six months ago.i would not recommend at all

Contractor had a difficult time getting installed and once batteries were installed, wouldn’t configure/work properly… just used as a regular door for 8 months and now internal knob is about to fall off… couldn’t find instructions on how to remove knob (no clip visible in slot) and plate doesn’t have screws visible. Chinese garbage… spend more on quality US brand.
