I really like how light the blade and handles are. However very disappointed how you can barely see the design on the blades and the handles are hard to tell what the color or design is unless you have them right up to your face. Even then idk they look like a washed out grey and black/brown. Yeah idk. So I am hoping my mother in law will like them for appearance wise.

I’ve never ordered knives online before so I’m not sure if they’re supposed to be sharpened or if that’s something the customer normally does, but these knives were not very sharp at allAlso, one of the smaller blades had a handle that was not finished. All of the other handles were sealed aside from this one handle, which still felt like wood and a bit porous.But it really is a beautiful set, and after I sharpened the blades they work beautifully
