Worth the Purchase
I got the set for my wife, she deserved it. KitchenAid has a reputation of quality and value. These knives are so sharp (treat them with respect) the first use was making our annual tomato sauce. I cut the basil and chopped the parsley with ease. The set also comes with a built in sharpener (for the non-serrated knives). I totally recommend the purchase if you want quality and long lasting knife set.

Mostly Happy With This Set!
The knife block is heavy duty and the knives are good and sharp! I wish they could be washed in the dishwasher like my German stainless Kitchen Aid steak knives that I bought years ago. I have washed these by hand and they continue to be rust free. One of the knives was pitted on the handle but that doesnât affect their use- just the look!
