It’s worth every cent!
It was delivered earlier than expected and easy enough to assemble. It’s huge and super comfortable. It looks great too, the picture doesn’t do it justice. 2 of the back cushions didn’t fluff up as much as the other 2 but you can’t really tell. The only other thing to note is that I ordered the black simply (because it was the cheapest option) but it’s kind of a dark blueish grey. It doesn’t bother me. Overall, great purchase.

Happy with this purchase!
Simple instructions & took us less than an hour to assemble. Very comfortable, not too soft but just firm enough. The ottoman’s are nice to put your feet on. The only complaint I have is the back support is thin, however it has zippers so I may just add more padding. Very big I got the 7 seater. The height is perfect, at first I thought it would be short but it’s just right. No smell.

Love! This couch is beautiful and super comfortable. Customer service was amazing as I needed assistance & they were on it right away. I’m super happy with my purchase and would purchase from this seller again. The quality is nice, it fit perfectly in my living room, has great support & a good height- not too low.

Customer Service is AMAZING!!
I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this couch is. The cushions are soft yet supportive, and it looks great in my space. The only con is that the back cushions tend to fall over because there isn’t enough Velcro, but that’s an easy fix since more Velcro can be added.Shipping was super fast! I placed my order on December 11th and all the boxes arrived by December 18th. When setting up the couch, I did run into a couple of issues: one of the bases didn’t have pre-drilled holes and I was missing 5 legs. However, the customer service was AMAZING. Truly amazing. They responded quickly, shipped all the missing legs plus a new base, and I received everything within two days. I was nervous at first, but their support team went above and beyond and made the whole situation stress-free.Overall, the couch is comfy, stylish, and the customer service alone makes it worth recommending.

Missing parts
Absolutely does not look like the above picture and missing the pillows that go on the ends of the couch. Poor quality and product and they never even responded to any of my correspondence of getting missing items.

Ahh just okay
This couch is very comfortable but the cushions slide and have to be flipped often not bad for the price though

Absolutely love our new sofa!
This sofa is PERFECT for our apartment!!The compact design saves space without sacrificing comfort. I like it as it is stylish, cozy, and built to last. Assembly took me less than 20 mins. Very satisfied!

Easy assembly
Great couch, easy assembly. Only complaint is the cushions never really fluffed up for the back cushions. But still feel great
