Quite Impressed
Purchased this for the shed, and for a lock not made by any of the big name brands my expectations weren’t real high. However i was pleasantly surprised when i unboxed it and felt the quality of it. The quality of the lock, keys, tags etc is right up there with any of the big brand names.Installation was very simple, the holes and latch of my Australian door exactly matched this lock so i did not need to make any alterations to the door frame or door itself except one thing. It says this lock accomodates doors from 35mm to 55mm thick. My door was only 33mm thick, so when the screws were done up it didn’t make the inside and outside latches clamp together tight.I could of possibly cut 3mm off the 3 screws and off the square spindle, but i decided to use a thin sheet of plywood. I traced around the big internal rubber grommet to make a plywood backing plate with some screw holes i drilled in it. This sits on the interior side of the door between handle and door.So after getting it installed i setup the TTLock app. No issues with that, and i added the RFID cards, custom pin codes, fingerprints and physical keys.It works perfectly, i absolutely love it. Not having to remember (and loose) keys all the time is so awesome!Also to those few who have said they occasionally have issues with the fingerprints not picking up. Try making 2 or 3 profiles for yourself. So you haveTroy 1: Tip of thumbTroy 2: Middle of thumbTroy 3: Base of thumbThis way your entire thumb is mapped, and no matter how your thumb lands on the lock it should register.Enjoy! And i’m looking forward to my next Kucacci purchase, probably the Gateway.

easy to install and set up!
I now have three of these, they work great and paired with the gateway easily- I used the upload from other lock to get everything from the first one to the other two. it has a feature (passage mode) that on certain days/ hours that I set, it will stay unlocked until that time frame is expired- you can also set the auto lock times as well.

Works wonderfully
The app is easy to use. It doesnât seem to like the artic temps much but still manages to let me in. The app is super easy to use.Wish I could u lock the door via app from another locationâ¦ app functions for door only work if nearby.The keypad is easy to miskey causing it to sound the alarm. Always keep key fob handy. Thumb print works seamlessly.

The most convenient smart lock
I’ve been using this smart lock for about 6 months and I am very happy with it. First, it is made robust. It is sturdy. No loose or shaky in any place. The handle still moves smoothly. Second, it has all the key features. 99.9999% of the time, I am using my finger print. This is the best way to unlock and open the door as your left thumb sits right on the fingerprint reader when you hold the handle with left hand (or wise versa if your door opens the other way around). However, a couple of times, I did some rough work with my hands and my finger prints were not easy to ready. In those cases, I have used the mobile app. This third alternative is the small RF cards which can be attached to a key chain. And of course the last resort is the physical key which you can leave a your car as a back up plan in-case batterie die out. Having said that, the lock gives you warnings when the batteries are low. And the last point, this smart lock is very stylish.

Awesome smart door handle/lock set
Love the design, easy installation and phone app. The handle design makes it much easier to open the door if your hands are full and the finger print sensor is pure awesome convenience. However, finger print sensor can be unpredictable at times for some reason (too sensitive to thumb pressure, heat, cold?) I pretty much resolved the issue by recording ten different prints of the âsame thumbâ with different pressures/angles, etc. Now only one âfailâ every 15 uses or so. Also, the app does not disable the âTamper Alertâ even though you turn it âOffâ in the app and it reports âsuccessfulâ.Otherwise- I totally love the design and functionality of this smart door lock set. Would recommend & buy again.

Product doesnât work properly
Product doesnât work properly, didnât work right with my finger prints didnât work right with a number codes , with the only thing it does work fine was with the app on my phone till I forgot of my phone in the room so I have to force my door that cost me to break it open so no good
