Item is nice and as advertised. I did put the sofa on furniture risers for a more comfortable height. The cushions are a little more firm than I prefer so I added some foam underneath them for some give. The fabric is lovely and the storage is nice to have. It fits well in my small apartment. It was fairly easy to assemble on my own, but would be incredibly easy to assemble with two people.
