Missing ottoman storage
I recently purchased this sofa and found it to be a bit firm at first, but it was easy to assemble. However, I was disappointed by a few issues. First, I bought the sofa for $400, but just days later, it was marked down to $329, which feels unfair. Additionally, the ottoman storage was missing from my delivery. While I received two large boxes, the third box containing the ottoman storage was not included.Amazon, please refund me the $61 difference and send me the missing ottoman storage as soon as possible.update Jan 9.The ottoman arrived today and the price went back up to 508$

This couch is very easy to put together. It is very sturdy. May be a bit stiffer than most people would like. I hope after some use it become softer.

Do not buy this it was damaged an missing pieces
The item was damaged in the box. The cup holder wonât open the particle board itâs chipped to two places. Missing pieces. Impossible to get replacement pieces or even a refund. I wasted my money.

I dislike the height and size overall because it is small for an average living room. Not worth $400 and should definitely be $100-$200 it would probably sell more. Easy to assemble. But the comfort level is not the best for the price. It is definitely hard but hopefully it changes after a while of sitting on it.
