The item was damaged in the box. The cup holder won’t open the particle board it’s chipped to two places. Missing pieces. Impossible to get replacement pieces or even a refund. I wasted my money.

I dislike the height and size overall because it is small for an average living room. Not worth $400 and should definitely be $100-$200 it would probably sell more. Easy to assemble. But the comfort level is not the best for the price. It is definitely hard but hopefully it changes after a while of sitting on it.
