I tried 11 times to get product support to see if this was “genuine leather” as it says in the title and multiple places or “air [fake] leather as it says in the “about this product,” but no response. It gets worse. They shipped a black portion and a grey portion.

High quality couch beyong my expectations! It requires simple assembly though. The cushion and backrests are comfy and the leather surface is breathable and expensive-looking.
