Pretty nice
These are really pretty and are a great way to update your stairs. Unfortunately we ended up not using them as we have a daughter with a disability and she drags her feet when going up the stairs. We’ve used bullnose treads in the past and had no problems with them coming off but these didn’t work for us. I do think they are nice. Ours were all the same size and were a decent size for our stairs. Even though they didn’t work for us I would recommend them.

Different lengths
We lined up every single tread and some of them are definitely longer than the others. Only slight, but enough that when we installed on our stairs you can slightly see a difference.

Work great on my stairs

Did not work on our oil-painted stairs
I was really looking forward to using these stair treads on our well-trafficked stairs. We got the grey and white. They felt well made, laid flat, did not curl, and fit the stairs well.They were very smooth, and I was concerned about slipping on them just because of how slick they felt. I did not have to worry about finding out because our oil-painted stairs caused the treads to move all over. I blame our odd situation on buying a house with wooden stairs painted with oil paint.We ended up lining up the stair treads and using them as a makeshift rug for the kids to play on. To their credit, they did not shift around much in that situation.

Theyâre definitely as pictured. But more importantly, they are NOT non-skid for me. Iâll definitely have to get rug pads or rug tape to keep in place.

Great update to our Stairs
These are awesome! They elevated the look of our stairway in our raised ranch and provide just the right amount of cushion and traction!Pros:- Super easy to install! Clean your stairs, and lay them down. That’s it.- No adhesive but they don’t move! The rubber backing is great and really works. I was hesitant but these actually lay flat, they don’t curl up on the ends or corners, and they don’t slide at all…unless you push just under the edge with your toes…so be aware of that when vacuuming.- Soft on bare feet and just the right amount of cushion- Makes stairs look a little more refined.Cons:- I haven’t vacuumed these yet so I can’t say for sure, but I do think with a standard heavy vacuum that may be a little challenging, but with a lightweight stick vacuum it should be doable.- This is just an assumption, but I expect that I’ll probably replace these in a year or two just due to the fact that I expect they’ll flatten out from wear. That said, they’re relatively inexpensive to replace on a yearly basis, especially when you catch them on sale.Overall, I’m really happy with these and I wish I would have done this sooner.
