Nice light. Recommend
This light seems to fit the bill. It was simple to install and works just fine.I replaced our old fixture at the top of our stairs and the motion detector works fairly well.However, my wife is short and the fixture is mounted fairly high so the light doesn’t turn on till she gets to the top of the stairs and doesn’t seem to stay on very long. I’m sure that after fiddling awhile with the adjustments a bit more we can find a better adjustment. Much better than what we have been using.

Relatively easy to install if you are replacing an existing unit.
Existing mounting plate was not quite a match, but was resolved at the hardware store. It helps if youâre mechanically inclined and also is essential. You have the proper tools .wiring is straightforward but instructions could be a bit more detailed in terms of wrapping wire nuts with insulating electrical tape. instructions. A bit difficult to install alone, but can be overcome by supporting the lamp on a 5-6 foot ladder. Definitely helps to have a second pair of hands to support the unit during installation. Unit must be properly grounded. Time and sensitivity controls are a bit difficult to read after unit is installed. Save the instructions. Remember to seal around unit and wall with clear silicone.

Doesn’t function properly
The time function on this light is completely broken. It will not stay illuminated for more than a few sends. I’ve had it a while, changed the settings every possible way, and it is simply not quality. It is a plastic covered piece of junk. Would definitely purchase a higher quality item if you’re looking into this.
