Perfect recliners
Soooooooo comfortable in all positions, I like that it has separate controls for the legs and back, making it easy to choose the best position for my comfort. Best recliner lift chair for my money.

Heavy duty and comfortable
I was pleasantly surprised with these chairs. They seem to be better built than other chairs we looked at 2x-3x the price. They are nice and wide and the frames are surprisingly thick heavy steel. The cushioning is a little firm, but the chairs don’t feel like they will break down any time soon. The heat and massage are very nice too. I bought one for myself and we liked it so much we had to buy a second for my wife. The only con I see so far is they are pretty slow going up and down. Not a huge deal to me, but it is something to note. I don’t really use the lift function, but I have tried it out and it has no issue lifting my 250lb frame. It never sounds like it’s struggling or makes any concerning noises. We haven’t had them long but so far I am very impressed with the quality of the chairs especially for the price we paid.

A great option for us after hospitalization! This chair has been a life saver for us. My husband had a SVT, blocked urethra and a pulmonary embolism all in a 4 day span of time. He ended up hospitalized for 5 days and very weak. He could NOT lie flat nor get out of bed with the catheter and his weakness. We had to drive over 3 hours for medical care and stayed at our daughter’s house to be 45 minutes away. This chair solved every issue we had. He slept in it, he could lift himself out once he lifted it right and it was comfortable for 24 hours a day he was in it the first few days. He has transitioned to the bed now but awake by 3 am and back to the comfort of the chair. My son in law easily put it together and it is also wider than most recliners.Edited: we had a problem with fed ex delivery and customer service was excellent with us. Everything turned out well but just to let you know customer service was great. (Problem was fed ex said our delivery was on their manifest but the item wasn’t in the truck. There was another truck in our same neighborhood so he thought maybe it was on that truck. I contacted customer service because of the medical reason we HAD to have the chair ASAP. Fed ex came back with the item and we don’t know if he didn’t find it in his truck or what but all ended well.)

Chair not what I expected
Lumbar and mid back area has a mechanical bump out. When reclining you can feel the pressure of it. It does not feel comfortable. When using the massage feature the motor is loud. Right arm rest does not stay in place. Both arm rests do not stay on. When getting up from chair and using hand rests the right one falls off and the left one wobbles. The company replaced the chair and the same issues are present. The chair reclines well almost to a laying or flat position which is the only thing that is good about it Otherwise sorry, I cannot recommend this item.

They almost hit the mark
We enjoy the color and feel of the leather, in addition to the size and comfort of the chair. The reclining and lift features run smoothly and feel sturdy. The lower rating is due to assembly of the chair. For the cost of the chair, even on sale, the assembly should not be so difficult. Securing the arms onto the chair, as per the instructions, has been unsuccessful. They do not lock into place! That has not been a deal breaker for me to send it back, but it is very disappointing that I have to try to wrestle with them ever so often.

Wonderful and beautifully made.
A beautiful chair. I haven’t tried the heat yet but I can tell you that the massage feature works great. Very nice leather. I bought the red brown. That is really a beautiful brown. I know some are saying the arms are difficult to install. However, my son didn’t have an issue. He slid the rods in shifted the rods thru the natural slide and locked the arms in. It comes in one sizeable box. Not a single tool is required to put together. I had to chuckle though…back to the box. This company has learned the art of packaging their product. Bravo to them. They utilized the space and the boxing perfectly. I love this chair. REALLY LOVE IT.Edit 9/5/25My beautiful chair has fallen apart just 7 months after purchasing it. The foot rest is dangling down. The massage heads poke me in the back. And the gears underneath pop and grind when using the up or down button. My chair is now so uncomfortable it cannot be used.Word of advice…buy the extended warranty. If you purchase disappoints you by breaking, you will be thankful for your decision to purchase it.My 5 star review is now a two star diappointment.

Great recliner but got a defective one 🙁
I love this chair so much but I think we may have gotten a defective one. The arm on the right side is loose and pops out and falls off all the time. It arrived the day before my mastectomy surgery so I did not have the time to return and replace it.I would still buy this chair again, just make sure I have enough time to replace if need be.It is the best recliner we have ever had! The lift is smooth, stable and just the right speed for someone recovering from surgery. I had 3 surgeries within 8 weeks of getting it. My life would have been so much harder if i did not have it.The recline feature is also very smooth, and the heat and vibrate features really helped with my recovery. I have slept on this recliner for several months now and it still functions as new.It has no rips, it is easy to clean, and is the perfect width, so no feeling cramped!We are hoping to replace it soon because of the arm issue, but other than that we love it!Once we replace it, if the replacement has no issue with the right arm, I would definitely give it 5 stars.

Ease to assemble, comfortable
I received my lift recliner a few days ago. Arrived earlier than I expected. Easy to assemble. It’s true, the arms were a little tricky to attach. We just played with them a bit and they attached beautifully. The chair seems to operate well and constructed well. I can understand why this chair may not be suitable for tall people. I’m 5’4″ and I find it very comfortable. The massage and heat appear to work well. So far, very happy with this purchase.
