Very Sturdy Glass
Surprisingly heavy glass! I can clearly see when I am getting low on flour and sugar. Easy to scoop from. Bamboo lid seals snuggly.

Not Air Tight
The size and shape of these containers were perfect. The glass feels thick towards the top lip part but then does not feel quite as thick and sturdy throughout. The reason we returned them was because the lids are thin…don’t feel like they create a good air tight seal. We filled one with a little water, put the lid on, and turned upside down…the water came pouring out around the seal.

Darn Too Tall For One Cabinet
I’ve redone my kitchen cabinets and got rid of all my plastic storage canisters and replaced with glass, WoW what a FREAKIN beautiful difference it’s made, but the largest is 1/2 inch too tall so I guess this one is just going to sit on my counter, but I’ve fallen in love with the new look and I have glass in my cabinet doors and they look cleaner and tidier than before. They seal very well and the fit is tight and I really love the bamboo lids with nice silicone seals so they go on easily and remove the same way, smoothly ð these are not borosilicate glass so your going to have to remember not to be heavy handed, they won’t last long if y’all aren’t careful. But well worth the money ð°

Perfect for bigger pantry staples
I bought the companion sizes but they were not big enough to hold entire bags of flour and sugar. I love the quality of the glass and bamboo tops and the seal is tight. Great value and quality.

âThickâ Glass
For all the touting in description that this is thick glass, I would say itâs fine, but not thick. More the medium range, as I donât feel like Iâll break it but itâs not thick like Pyrex. I think I like it this way as itâs not extremely heavy to lift in and out of the cupboardâsomething I was concerned when switching to glass. Will it last years and years? To be determined. The seal /gasket looks like it could be replaced if it gets brittle. I love how it looks. Perfect for a 5lb bag of flour, too, as others have said.
