Amazing couch, bad shipping company
I was really on the fence about it, but I went ahead and got it and it is amazing. So soft and elegant, not hard and uncomfortable. I am excited about this couch and my vision for my living room. However, the shipping company that will be bringing this couch is very poorly managed. They called to set a delivery appointment only to miss it. I canât leave work and hang around my home all day hoping maybe my couch will be there, thatâs why itâs an appointment. So the Wednesday it was supposed to be delivered and Thursday go by and finally I get a call. âHey we missed your appointment can we bring it Friday?â I work Friday, I canât sign for it so I tell her to authorize the delivery without a signature. The only thing that mattered was getting the couch up three flights of stairs. The couch is finally delivered while Iâm at work and they send one guy who canât get the package up the stairs so it got left under an outdoor staircase in 70 degree weather for 10 hours. I love my new couch, but the shipping company is going to likely be a pain. Donât say you can have them bring an almost 300 pound package up the stairs if they canât. I was not prepared to have to wrangle it up there with my boyfriend after we both worked a 10 hour shift.

Beautiful round couches
These were even prettier in real life. We bought two to create a half circle. Shipping was great, they were protected. The cat doesn’t seem inclined to scratch at velvety material, which was an unexpected bonus.

Gorgeous!
Wow! Effect upon entry. I was amazed at the quality of the fabric and cushions. This sofa exceeded my expectations. Will take some time to unbox as it is packaged well. The cream color had a couple of smudges even with multiple layers of covers. The seller responded within an hour and was very responsive to correct the issue. Highly recommend this sofa/sectional.

Sofa is exactly like photo. Very comfortable.Soft fabric. Love this sofa!Seller was attentive to our concerns re delivery. Shipping Company was disorganized but it was right before Christmas and they did eventually deliver.

Love the couch! Shipping was difficult changed dates abruptly and sent 1 delivery man with a dolly who managed to drag it into my garage(alone) I still had to get other people to bring it up the stairs into my actual house!! Thats the only drawback be prepared for the bs!
