AMAZING couch!
This couch is WONDERFUL! It came in 8 packages, but all easy to maneuver into my house, not heavy at all, and the set up was so very simple, i did it myself, and the best part about it is that you can configure any way you want to without stress of putting together and taking apart. Each piece is built on its own, and extremely easy so you can move them around to get the layout you want before latching them together. Even when they are all connected, its still easy to move around. The color and fabric is beautiful, and it was the perfect mix of firm and soft… not rock hard, but not sinking where you feel the springs. It even breaks in a little bit to get a little softer, but again, not flimsy at all. I’ve already slept on it a few times, and so have guests. The cushions are all wrinkled when you unleash them from the vacuum sealed packaging but that’s to be expected. I simply ran a steamer over them all and it was perfect… and just two weeks later, all the wrinkles are totally gone anyways, so if you don’t have a steamer, they will eventually smooth out. The extra pillows were a plus although i didn’t need them for the couch, but had other uses for them. I used the ottoman as my coffee table/ottoman type thing, but it’s super versatile how you can arrange this piece so the ottoman also works to make an L Shape on the other side depending what your set up is, but again, you can test out all the configurations first before latching the pieces together. This was my THIRD couch ordered online and was super hesitant after having to repack and send the first two back from other sellers on different sites, and I am so happy with the purchase and already have received several compliments. The ONLY drawback is that the cushions all have zippers but its just stuffing inside so you can’t actually remove the covers to wash them in washer/dryer. I happen to have a hoover steam cleaner so it doesn’t bother me at all and i spot treat anyways (i have the lighter color), but if i ever did want to replace the cushion stuffing i could or just get actual cushions to fit in them, so it still works out. Further, for cleaning tips, if you spray with scotch guard, this material is great for that and repels liquid easily. I have a dog and admittedly eat and drink on this couch and have yet to have any spill be damaging. All in all, if this is the size or shape you need, this is a great functional and beautiful couch and don’t hesitate to buy!

Obsessed with this Couch!
TLDR: This couch is incredibly comfortable after a brief break-in, sturdy and beautiful. Impressive customer service. Would absolutely buy again.Let me preface this review by saying I did extensive research before making this purchase, comparing specs and reviews across all the popular modular couch brands – Belffin, Cozey, you name it… even the Macy’s Radley. I was fully prepared to spend quite a bit more money before deciding on this couch, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.THIS COUCH IS COMFORTABLE. It is bouncy and soft, and the perfect balance of cushy and firm. Be warned – the seat cushions need a couple days to break-in fully (perhaps longer if you don’t have kids). After initial setup, the cushions were quite firm and I briefly panicked lol. I find the depth of the couch perfect. And the size I purchased came with two oversized ottomans. It is quite cozy and my family agrees.BUILD: This thing is built like a real piece of furniture. The frame is solid and there are springs in the cushions AND in the frame. Almost NONE of the popular brands use pocketed coils. The cushions stay put beautifully, despite kids jumping on them, and the individual modules are super secure and do not budge. Although I cannot speak to long term durability, it feels well-made and promising. During installation, my husband commented that it would be super easy to repair if ever need be.ASSEMBLY: Piece of cake. The only time we needed instructions was for the corner piece, which was not super intuitive but we figured it out.AESTHETICS: Stunning. I ordered the light gray color and it is the perfect linen-look neutral light to (almost) medium gray. Pictures are attached but they don’t do it justice.CUSTOMER SERVICE: Truly outstanding. It is apparent the seller cares deeply about their customers and reputation, and they go above and beyond IMO.For the record, this is not a paid promotion. I love this couch and am already considering another one from them for our den!!
