Great couch
Comfortable, easy to assemble, and solid build quality. I was surprised by the quality due to it being from Amazon. Definitely worth the gamble! Also the color was perfect and as described.

A complete joke!
We purchased an open box item that was said to be brand new and only damage to the box. When order arrived there was an 8 inch cut in the leather on the left foot rest, one of the seat back wasn’t even for the couch ( it was a chair seat back), there was no hardware to assemble, no instructions, and anything related to electrical for the power reclining was completely gone (motors, whites, arm controls, etc.). It appears that this sofa was used to replace parts on other sofas or chairs and then put back in the box. Now we have to wait 7 more days for this side to be picked up and another 10 days after that for a new sofa to be delivered. We will now be without furniture in our main family room for 17 days which is unacceptable! I sure hope the recliner arrives in good condition and when the sofa arrives in 17 days we have no further issues.

Well built
This reclining soda is an excellent value. It’s comfortable, feels well built and the leather is good quality. This sofa is heavy and needs to be handled as such. I had an issue with one the reclining controllers and customer service quickly sent me a replacement. I’m happy with this recliner sofa.

I love it the only thing: is the switch of the recliners is to weak for the good of the sofa, my don’t take easily to put him back after any one use it..

Short chair length
This chair is made for a very very short person! MY feet hang over and I am 5’4. The leather quality is nice. And the chair is comfortable.
