Ceva delivery was very professional and polite.Assembly was straightforward. Comfort is alil stiff..as to be expected.Leather is for seating area as stated on product tag...Very comfortable. Learning the settings. Note... Heat is gradual... It takes a lil time to warm up though it is adequate....massage is like a siatuu rolling and very comfortable.. rotating is random and has 3 settings. For me ..I have L3-5 spine issues . This is a great relief.. The adjustable head rest.. very comfortable. The armrests have deep storage. The center fold down is sturdy and the lighting underneath is a nice glow. High quality. Warm seat. Accessible storage. As advertised. No surprises. The attention to the detailed stitching maintain a high quality look for the sofa in the our home. It is comfortable for a leather sofa. The height works for myself 5’3”, and my spouse who is 6’2”. The price was on the mark for affordability and actually was cheaper (by $560), and delivered faster than we could purchase and have delivered locally (9 days faster)!
