more like a shawl but great to throw on the couch
The color is pretty true to the photos. It’s a nice deep olive color. It matches my olive chenille Penn chair from west elm, but maybe the throw is a shade or 2 lighter. It has a nice texture which adds to the design/look of the throw. I wouldn’t really call it a blanket though. It is very lightweight and more like a shawl as far as thinness and material. This makes it perfect to add a pop of color to a couch, or to pull over you when you want the feeling of being covered without the weight or heat of a blanket. I think that may be why this is a highly rated but frequently returned item. It also can be a little static-y. The throw is perfect for its purpose and at its price point. I’m ordering another for a different room.**update- ordered in cream as a second purchase. Same quality and thickness (or âthinnessâ I should say), only thing is the cream is actually a bright white not a warm yellowy ivory or cream color. Still works for me but if you need a warm ivory this wonât work.

Soft & stylish
This throw is really lightweight but still does itâs job if youâre chilly and looks very sophisticated. The waffle pattern adds a really beautiful texture to the room. Itâs incredibly soft and the perfect size. I got a second one in another color and draped it across my king size bed. The only negative is I got this one in a dark color and I have a brown and white dog so Iâm constantly shaking it out or running a lint roller over it. Itâs definitely a synthetic blend so there is an increased potential for static cling which attracts dog hair and fur more than usual. I have only had it for a week so I have not washed it yet and am hoping it doesnât lose any of its softness in the process. It really is a great throw and you canât beat the price. Itâd make a really easy Christmas gift.

Soft warm blanket. Looks light and airy as thatâs what I was looking for but oh you warm up real quick with this blanket. I love the soft feel of it and the deep dark brown color. Will definitely use it this winter. For summer, not so much.

Pretty, but…
This is an okay throw. I like the color and pattern. I’m just a little dissatified with the quality. It is very lightweight, and it feels cheaply made. The first day i used the throw on my bed, it barely snagged on the bed frame and pulled a hole in the blanket. The throw works well as an accent blanket on my bed, but that is all i would want to use it for. It doesn’t feel like it would hold up to regular use.
