Great picnic table.
Nice table fairly easy to assemble. Seems rather sturdy and well constructed. Top of table and seats thick and not at all flimsy.

perfect for the school garden!
Purchased two of these to put in our school garden for classtime and garden lessons. Works great- can fit 3 elementary aged students per bench, and the swivel seats allow for flexible set up. Packaging is very heavy, requires some assembly.

We bought this for our storefront and customers love that they can pull the benches out to get in and sit down. First season with it and it is looking great no signs of wear and tear yet.

Good tables, but pose a trip hazard
Tables are very sturdy and the legs swivel. Our customers seem to like them. However, the foot that sticks out causes a lot of people to trip over it. I have spray painted mine white in an attempt to reduce trip hazards.

What I like the least is that I have this table for a couple of weeks that I cannot use because for one of the legs the holes were drilled sideways and it cannot be fixed as it is. I have to find the number of the piece and request a replacement leg.

Love the design.
Love this design. This is the second one we have had and we would still have the other if we had wanted to move it with us. Easy to put together.

Missing parts, defective/warped, no customer serivce response after weeks of trying
Extremely disappointed. My past experiences with Lifetime brand over the past decades was that I didn’t have to vet reviews or customer service experiences from other customers because Lifetime could be relied upon for quality and excellent customer care. Unfortunately, My experience with the last 3 products I purchased from Lifetime has changed so that I will no longer consider Lifetime as the same quality and excellent customer service it had built its brand on as an American manufacturer relying on American quality and workers. On this purchase, I sent 3 email to customer service requesting parts because the 800# customers are supposed to call for missing/defective parts simply hung up on me- over a 2 day period and with a 24-48hr promised response time, I yielded nothing. The emails I sent (over the next 3 days) also went unresponded to. Parts didn’t arrive. Weeks later, without any response or follow-up on parts delivery my email requested (i.e. one might garner that CS will simply ship parts without communication based on a CS response provided below), I ended up ordering a 2nd equally defective table (warped table, misaligned parts, missing some parts and too many of other parts). This product is made in China, not America and the quality and customer service reflect that Lifetime brand built on American quality and workmanship is no more. What I am doing is trying to harvest the usable parts from between multiple kits to hopefully yield one complete, stable table. Not sure if that will be possible but in the absence of customer support for missing/defective parts, that is my only option. I will also be calling the store to have them pick up the returned defective tables – so everyone’s life is burdened as a result of the fail on Lifetime customer service.

Shipping personnel needs to have some pride in their work.
For the price itâs a good lil table set. But I was so disappointed in the conditions it was delivered in box in shredded condition and filthy dirty like it went through a war. Hardware scattered all over inside the box.
