My husband and I both love to use our computers, but we only have one computer desk. He uses the desktop, and I use the laptop. The problem was, I prefer using an external mouse with my laptop, but we had no suitable tables that were big enough for both to sit on. I had to use two folding tables, and it just wasn’t working. I ended up having to use our computer desk by putting the laptop in front of our desktop’s monitor. So, if my husband wanted to go on the computer, he couldn’t if I was using mine.I have been searching for an affordable, reliable, stable extra large table, so that I can fit my laptop on it (I believe it’s a 16″ widescreen, but I’m not 100% sure – it is larger than your average laptop), and have enough space next to it to use my external mouse. This table went above and beyond my needs AND expectations! Everything fits perfectly, with lots of moving space, on this table. I’m always worried about dropping my laptop, but this table is completely sturdy and secure, yet it’s light enough for me to move it around with the laptop on it! (I have back problems and no upper arm strength, so that’s saying a lot!) I love the way the legs are situated, too, because I can pull this table as close to me as I want. Love the rounded edges, so I can rest my arm on the edge comfortably, too! Being able to adjust the height was one of the reasons I checked out this table, and it came in handy. Regular folding tables can be too short, at least for what I needed from them. This sits at the perfect height for me to comfortably use my computer! I do agree with most people about the height adjusting lock, though. It’s not a flimsy piece of plastic (though it is plastic), but it is difficult to move. However, I like that, because to me that means it’s not going to slip, and cause my computer to fall! I just have my husband adjust it, (we’ve only needed to once, since the height we have it at is perfect for everything), but I do understand why some people are put off by it. If someone can’t adjust it themselves, and they have no one to help them, it would pose a problem.I primarily bought this table to use just for my laptop, but it has quickly become a table of many uses! When my niece comes to visit me, she loves for us to color together. There is enough space for us to color on the same table, taking up less space in my modest living room. We also use it for playing board games, (though, just so everyone knows, there’s no enough space for loose pieces, such as in Monopoly or LIFE), and we don’t have to stretch across a regular table to make our moves! My husband and I have used it for a serving table for when we decide to eat in the living room. (Hey, it’s Summer, and that’s the room with the AC in it! LOL) I’ve used it as my dinner table when there’s large plates and side plates/bowls! There are so many different uses for this table! As a fair warning, since it is difficult to adjust, we never fold it, so it usually just sits somewhere where it’s not in the way when it’s not in use.All-in-all, I LOVE this product, and I am beyond happy that I decided to buy it! I had passed it up a few times in my search, because I was trying to find something cheaper, but for how awesome this table is, the price is great!

Finally, at last have i found a table that works perfectly for me to work on my laptop with my 18″ portable monitor. I used to have to use two folding snack tables, but they were wobbly and difficult to use since i had to set two of them next to each other. This table is very sturdy and simple to fold, and has perfect width and depth to hold my laptop, mouse, and external thin monitor.The design is ingenious as the table legs are positioned close to the opposite end of the table from where you sit, so that they don’t interfere with your knees, and you can still slide the table under your couch and have the its surface extend onto your lap while sitting at the couch. What a great product!! Bravo!!!!

Update! Just in case you’re on the fence about buying this table I would say just go for it! I bought it in February 2014 and now that it is August of 2017 I have to say it is as good as the day I bought it! I’m still using it everyday for a variety of crafts. Mine has only a little wear and that honestly doesn’t even matter because I use it as a craft table mostly. There are a few faint stains from India ink and paint of different varieties because I chose not to cover it up but it isn’t even that bad! The tools that I use for clay have not really put much of a scratch on it even! It is sturdy and the best little TV table that I have ever bought. it is now almost September of 2017 and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve never had a table last this long and be this sturdy! This table is absolutely perfect and I can fold it flat if I need to put it up! I love the size of it. The size as a crafter/artist is great! Its not too terribly big either where it is in the way. It fits my 15 in laptop on it and plenty of room next to it and behind it for other things I can fit my paint palette on it with plenty of working area and my water cup when I’m doing watercolor. I also do polymer clay work at my table and I’m able to clamp my pasta machine right to the table with ease. Its not wobbly at all. I think I’ll try sewing next because I feel it’s a good table for that as well when I dont want to hide out in the craft room all day. The mechanism to lock it into place and set it up is a bit tricky and you really have to flip it upside down to put it in place. I managed fine with my carpal tunnel and arthritic hands and it doesnt slip out of place and start to collapse when you have to slide it out of the way like other wooden “Tv tray” tables I’ve had do. I really love the fact that you can adjust the height. That way I can use it in any seat I have without worry of it being too tall or too short.

The table folds like an ironing board and hence can be conveniently stored, is very sturdy and can be used for a laptop and as a study table for books, also can be adjusted to three heights. The design is quite clean.
