Height was perfect I was a little nervous it would be to high , it has no noise when on the bed I only have a mattress on top and so far it’s been perfect. It’s sturdy to an extent I would not hang anything heavy on the bars besides light curtains or lights . It was super easy to assemble I needed my sons help maybe twice just to help with doing the backboard tools were included so I didn’t had to have anything at home or purchase extra equipment. I highly recommend it and I’m in love with this bed
