Perfect for me
Just unpacked it and it is exactly what I was hoping for. This is well made, I am impressed with the stitching on the cushion. I was so afraid from some of the comments that it was just a thin collapsible box as found in the dollar store. I do not agree, the box seems to be well constructed and durable. I broke my toe and needed elevation for circulation but needed a certain height, this is exactly as described and fits perfect. The cushion top is soft to touch, is not rough on your skin , it is sturdy and warmer than a plastic or vinyl would be. Now I do not intend to sit on this because I would have problems getting up from it, so I cannot attest as to whether it would hold my weight, but I will say I would trust that it would be fine. It looks great in my room. and very functional as I can store extra slippers or books in it. There is no funky smell and easy to pick up and move as needed. Right now I could not be happier.

I love this folding foot stool. I ordered 2 originally and they came in a box. In excellent condition! I decided I needed one more so I ordered it. It came not in a box but in the plastic mailing envelope. It was tight. After its trip thru the warehouse and then on the truck all day long it got pushed around and scraped up on one of the corners of the packaging to where the plastic was torn off and even thru the plastic wrapping of the foot stool itself. There is a small blemish but it is not the manufactures issue. I love this stool and have determined I can live with the small blemish and it is not worth the return. This is just for buyer beware.I am using this foot stool in my camper for storage of towels and paper products. It is the perfect size. I have 6 rolled up bath towels and 2 hand towels with room for another hand towel and 2-3 wash cloths in the one that is open. The other one has 6 folded up beach towels. They are larger and thicker than the bath towels. In this 3rd one will put extra toilet paper and paper towels/napkins which can sit behind the others and the blemish will never be seen and only I know it is there and well now you know too.As for sturdiness for someone sitting on it like in one of the pictures in the add, I dont know because I have not tried it myself. I never did find a weight rating on it.Bottom line, I feel this stool with perfect for what I am using it for. Definitely super easy to assemble, and I believe worth the money and sturdy enough for my storage use. My cats (one is 7#’s the other is 9#’s) may use it as a bed 🙂 does that count for sturdiness? LOL

I think this storage ottoman is absolutely adorable and sturdy! It was a super easy assembly process. Itâs the perfect spot to store random items that I have around my room, keeping things neat and organized. Iâve also been using it as a footrest while sitting at my desk at home, and itâs super comfortable. The quality is really nice, which, of course, attracts my cat to lay on it too! Itâs easy to clean the cat hair off of it. Overall, itâs a great little addition to my space, combining both functionality and style.

The smell is horrific
Cute little footstool. Get the feeling it isn’t as strong as they say it is, but the looks are nice, and it was easy to unfold and put the lid on.If you are at all sensitive to smells, don’t even think about it.I have it in the garage to air out, but I honestly don’t think it will help and it will have to be returned.I just don’t understand why so many products have horrible chemical smells.

This small ottoman is great quality, very good fabric, feels sorta like velvet takes 2 seconds to put it together its super cute as a stool maybe for your child to sit on. holds a decent amount of stuff depending what you put in it. I would buy this again 🙂
